Perfect venue & Team for our Mountain Wedding
The wedding party stayed at the Polaris Lodge which was the perfect choice. The lodge had everything we needed. There is a large loft room on the 3rd floor that was ideal for the Bridal party to get ready in. Our guests stayed at the Trickle creek lodge and mountain spirit resort which was awesome and they were able to walk to and from Ceremony and reception throughout the day. We had the ceremony at the top of the hill and the reception at the Stemwinder.
Natalie, Shawna, and crew made it so easy to plan everything and were the best team on the day of the wedding. They had great communication, answered every question quickly and with a great deal of patience! Leading up to the big day Natalie helped us book golf times at local golf courses which was a huge help. On the day of they were extremely efficient and effective as they worked behind the scenes and made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be. The mountain top view was truly incredible and guests really enjoyed cocktail hour on the Kootenay Haus deck. The food was spectacular and honestly the best wedding food our guests had ever had. Bar service was fast, fun, and the shot-ski made it a real blast. Could not recommend this venue, this team, and everything they did for us more.
Mountain dream wedding!
