  Hyatt Regency Hotel @ Downtown Calgary: special mention to Rebecca Norris for taking care of us and accommodating our needs (and wants) whether they were small or not. Ypu are truly a gem. To Cory, Bruce and all the staff who helped us at the wedding day, you guys are amazing. Thank you all for the great job.

  A Most Memorable Experience

  Nicole Wallace at Hyatt Regency is outstanding, making sure everything is planned and done timely and professionally. From suggesting a venue, to seating, cake, food, drinks and coordinating with wedding decor & also an entertainment group, she did it all with meticulous care. Hyatt Regency offers the best ambiance among hotels in Calgary. It is very impressive. Their service staff knows what hospitality should feel like, and they do a great job of looking after the guests. Our guests were very impressed and happy with their whole experience, the setting and ambiance, food and hospitalty. Overall a memorable experience.

  Fantastic!

  Our wedding reception at Hyatt was perfect. The Hyatt team including ProShow did a tremendous job all throughout the night. All of our guests provided us positive feedback on the venue, food and service!
  
  Nicole (Hyatt’s Wedding Specialist) was amazing! Her main goal was to make sure we enjoyed our wedding and we didn’t have to worry about anything the day of. She was very professional, approachable, and super easy to communicate with. She made sure everything went smoothly - from checking on us early in the morning to ensuring all our vendors arrived on time.

  We felt cared for! And that's what you need at your wedding.

  It was a stress free event! The Hyatt provided a FREE wedding specialist! Having a dedicated wedding specialist helped so much! Sometimes, when you are a bride who had no experience on weddings nor attended a lot of them, does not know what to expect and honestly do, it was AMAZING to have someone guide you. From selecting dates and menu, the color of my wall uplighting, down to how my center pieces got on the tables, everything was covered! I also had to surprise my husband with me singing at the ceremony and our Wedding Specialist helped me hide a PIANO- yes a piano and a violinist without my husband noticing until it was actually happening at the...   I would highly recommend Hyatt Regency Calgary! It was not about the money, it was the experience. It was because the staff cared and made sure that both my husband and I had fun. And yes- it was the best day of our lives!
