  July 14th Wedding

  Kelleagh and her team were amazing. From the planning right up to the wedding day and after, they were so helpful. Kelleagh went out of her way to answer any questions or requests we had. We did a cocktail hour and the Tomahawk buffet. Our guests raved about the food. Well done Grey Eagle. Thank you for making out day extra special :)

  Great venue - perfect place for our wedding

  Book early because Grey Eagle is earning a great reputation as a full service location for weddings.
  The facility is very flexible - we used one space for the ceremony, the atrium for the reception, an adjoining space for the banquet, which after dinner opened directly to the dance floor area.
  
  Staff support - Kelleagh Alexander, the Catering and Sales Manager was very helpful in presenting options, responding to our questions and making sure our vision for our wedding was achieved. She put us in touch with vendors who provided the additional decor and services we needed.
  
  Banquet and bar - the food was outstanding and well priced considering the variety and quality of the buffet. Bar and banquet staff, including two event managers Douglas and Temesgen were well trained and responsive to our onsite requests.

  September 2018 Wedding at the Greay Eagle Resort & Casino

  We wish we could give this venue more than 5 stars. Everything was perfect. The staff at the Grey Eagle, especially the Catering Manager, Kelleagh Alexander, sure know how to throw a well-organized and fabulous function, with the up-most professionalism. We recently held our wedding here, ceremony, cocktail hour, followed by dinner and dancing, and let me tell you, everything went off flawless. The food is EXCELLENT. Our guests raved about it. They have the BEST buffet selection, such a wide variety for all tastes. They made the stresses of getting married dissipate. They made it so easy. They really worked with our budget. Absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend them for weddings!!

  Disorganized and Lack of Communication

  The Grey Eagle started out great and promising, however the final product was far from what was discussed. Don't let the affordable price fool you. Did several meetings with the venue where all details were written down and some how missed in the final event order. During the event the sales/banquet manager was not there to oversee the event which was disappointing. We had personalized champagne flutes brought to the venue but at the end of the night, they lost those flutes....and cannot locate them still. There was a severe lack of communication with the staff onsite and the execution was poor.

  The BEST service

  We were treated fantastic. Everyone was attended to, and loved the services (hot tub, free breakfasts were of great value,) and they were treated like royalty. There was an incident the evening of the reception, and the hotel management treated us to a stay in the wedding suite at the cost of a regular room and we received tickets to the zoo at no cost to us to visit the pandas. The staff, leadership, and venue went above and beyond for us and our wedding! We loved our wedding and how everyone was treated. Thank you for the great experience.
