  Beautiful Ballroom

  We are very happy with the service and food, because of it being an all inclusive venue we had nothing to worry about. The food was served hot and it was delicious! Alexandra answered ALL my questions and there was a lot of them. Given the choice to do it all again we would change nothing.

  All around incredible experience

  We have zero complaints about our experience with Greenwood Ballroom. With 2 years of planning there was many meetings and discussions had with the venue, they were always very supportive and willing to work with our ideas. The meal was delicious, the staff was friendly and attentive all night. I would give this venue and the staff 15/10!

  Everything I could have imagined!

  The BestWestern Hotel Staff really went above and beyond and made my wedding day better than I ever could have anticipated. The ballroom space was beautiful, and the option of having the hotel provide everything you need really makes it a no-brainer to choose them. The food was delicious, wait staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and our whirlpool suite was the perfect way to relax the night of. I was also pleasantly surprised to see a security guard outside of the room just incase there were any wedding crashers! I could not recommend this venue enough, from the cost, to what you receive I would say it's one of the best venues in the city for sure.

  2023 Fall Wedding

  We had a great wedding and the best Western coordinator was very knowledgeable and able to get back to all our questions in a timely manner. They were also very accommodating in special dietary needs and restrictions for meals. We have one small nitpick about feedback from some tables that we did not get served tea and coffee (this was very minor and did not take away from the overall experience).

  Amazing Coordinators

  If you want a wedding where the wedding director and coordinator are responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and double check your choices, please use this vendor. I can not say enough great things about them. The food was amazing and they tried to make everything as seamless as they could. I probably made 100 changes through-out the last 3 months and not once did Alexandra (wedding coordinator) once make me feel like I was bothering her. She was fabulous! If you stick with the packages and don't upgrade the value is great. We upgraded but it was worth every penny! The guest loved the mushroom soup and the prime rib. Many said it was better than the keg! This was the pererxt venue for our wedding! Plus plus plus!

  Both Alexandra Cepero and Candace Kowalchuk at the Greenwood Ballroom in the Best Western were massively supportive in helping our wedding go smoothly. Any request, question, accessibility need, or revision was easily done at this venue, and the wedding packages they offer have SO MUCH included, and also helped us customize our package to suit our needs for our wedding. Our reception looked absolutely fantastic, the food was delicious, and all of our guests had glowing reviews about how smooth the service was and how great everything was. Don't think twice, if you're on the fence about this venue, they will provide absolute incredible hospitality, and your every need will be looked after. They do it all!

  Alright...

  The ballroom itself was pretty. Food/Bar service staff was great! Never once seen or met the catering director we had been planning with for a year plus. Some issues with hotel front staff & rooms. But that is a best western problem.

  Covid Wedding

  My husband and I had our wedding at the Greenwood ballroom. There literally wasn’t a single thing that Candace wasn’t able to accommodate and help us out with. She was receptive to any feedback and came up with an immediate solution each time. Candace and Tyler truly made the weekend run so smoothly. The food was delicious and we received multiple compliments on the dinner and late night pizza bar. We would recommend the Greenwood ballroom to anyone and have included some pictures of the beautiful ballroom.
