Meet the Team

I am the primary contact for all wedding, special event, and group events at Fogo Island Inn.
I work with individuals, meeting planners, and everyone inbetween to ensure an amazing experience for you and all of your guests - and memories to last a lifetime.

I oversee Fogo Island Inn's Sales and Reservations Teams, and work closely with our Manager, Groups and Private Stays on all special event and group inquiries for the Inn. We work with brides, grooms, wedding and event planners to design a magical stay, whatever the occasion.

As the Executive Chef, I lead Fogo Island Inn's culinary team. We use ingredients dictated by Fogo Island’s still-wild world to create dishes that are grounded in this place. Changing daily and with our seven seasons, the dining menu reflects the region: perched in the Labrador current, our subarctic landscape is bounded on all sides by the rich North Atlantic.
Here, food is the medium through which nature and culture come together to form an absolute expression of locality. Tasked with representing Fogo Island’s foodways through contemporary cuisine, our kitchen team adds human knowledge to natural offerings to reflect a place-specific identity tangled up in food.
