We held our wedding reception at the Fantasyland Hotel in the Chianti Banquet Hall. Overall everything was fantastic but there was a couple issues day-of that we would have preferred to be taken care of beforehand. Our coordinator Elaina was fantastic during the whole process. She was always very responsive and answered my many, many questions which really helped with the planning process. She was also very accommodating of our various requests, which helped make the wedding match our vision. Day-of the room looked beautiful, which is part of why we had chosen this venue, and was setup just as we had asked. There was a couple issues related to drink tickets and uncorking of our table wine but as soon as we notified the staff, they took care of it promptly. The staff day-of were excellent, always coming in and out of the room to make sure everything was taken care of. The hotel supplied AV equipment was also great and ensured our music sounded fantastic. We went with a buffet dinner and only heard compliments from our guests on the food. The bar tender was particular amazing and ensured everyone stayed hydrated. If we did it all over again, I would still choose the Fantasyland Hotel but would possibly reiterate our plan for the drink tickets and uncorking of the wine to minimize the issues we had to deal with on the day. -

What an incredible day, We had the perfect wedding! Don went above & beyond to make sure we had all we needed! The staff were awesome & the food was fantastic! Our guests still tell us how wonderful it was & they had so much fun! -

I live in Australia and had to organising my events all the way from the other side of the world. I was unsure how smooth my events would run because of this. I found Fantasyland online and from the first point of contact they were so helpful! their 360 tours of the venues and accommodation rooms were so helpful. Their service and ability to accommodate my requests was spectacular. Eveyrthing went so smoothly and eveyrone had such a great time. I can't wait to have my next event there :) -

I had paid over $14000 for just venue for my reception and ceremony, just for them to mess things up and say it was my fault, my coordinators fault and my MC. I had ordered chicken strips for my kids and they were not brought out till I had said something, then we were supposed to get served at the head table but told us we had to get up and grab it ourselves. Then my cake was not cut due to the banquet manager deciding for us. We had paid $700 for a cake to not be eaten. -

Fantasyland Hotel was the perfect place to have our reception. The staff were excellent and so pleasant to work with during the entire process. Planning a wedding during Covid was very stressful but Don did everything he could to ensure our vision came to life. We appreciate everything the staff did for us and highly recommend any wedding to be held there. -

We used the ballroom for our ceremony and reception. Mansour was a great help making sure everything was set up the way we wanted. Nilesh was the evening banquet manager during our event and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us and our guests. The ballroom is already beautiful so we didn't need to add any extra decorations. We used the hotel's centerpiece lamps which looked better in person than they did in the pictures. The food was amazing as well. Definitely recommend their boneless short ribs and creme brulee. There were a few small hiccups leading up to our day which is why I didn't give 5/5 for each category. We couldn't be happier with how everything went on our wedding day. -

We held our reception here at Fantasyland hotel and I didn't have any wedding planner/coordinator. But Mansour, who was helping us for our wedding was extremely professional and really knows what he’s doing. He gave us his professional advice on how everything should look aesthetically, which I really needed since I never had experience in a wedding before, and there were so many things I didn't even think about for the reception that Mansour made sure to point out for us and take care of it. The whole reception was truly smooth because of the solid communication between each other and the flexibility of the venue. The venue is also extremely so beautiful, we didn't have to overly decorate anything. -

Mansour is amazing, he was so helpful and accommodating!. Our special day went perfect and the food was great! You cannot beat the value of this venue, decor needed is minimum to make this amazing! I highly recommend!. -

Sarah D. Sent on 08/09/2017I just don't understand how Fantasyland has not gotten more reviews!! They have been AMAZING to us so far!! Mansour is absolutely fantastic to deal with and any time we asked for something to be done he would say "no problem" or "we can do that for you" while other venues had so many limits and restrictions on what we could do. Their pricing was totally reasonable and the space is so beautiful. A huge reason why we went with them was because the ballroom is so gorgeous we didn't need to rent much extra decor to make it look elegant just the way we wanted. Mansour was so easy to deal with and quick to respond to all of my questions. He would even stay late to meet with us to accommodate our schedules. We have had our tasting to ensure everything was the way we wanted and the food was perfect. We are having our reception there in 7 days and we cannot wait for our guests to experience the Fantasyland Hotel Ballroom for our wedding. I highly recommend to anyone who is even thinking about Fantasyland Hotel. It is hard to find reviews for them but I can assure you I am so happy and thankful we went with them!!! 10 / 10!!
