I know we have already said it countless of times, but once again we are so grateful to have had our fairytale wedding at the Fairmont Whistler. What you and your staff did for us is invaluable, and having you all be a part of our wedding planning was definitely the best decision we made. We could count on your expertise and knowledge to ensure that things went exactly the way they were supposed to. There were many hiccups we were faced with on the day of, but you did your absolute best to ensure everything went seamlessly. You’re the true testament of what a wedding coordinator should be, Hilary. You were the first to get there and the last to leave. You were there guiding us from day one via countless visits, calls and texts. Your work ethic and professionalism is very appreciated. You really went above and beyond for us. The staff at Fairmont (special thanks to Tracy McIvor) did an exceptional job and made sure that all our guests were taken care of. I also want to thank Chef Isabel and Jason for doing a phenomenal job with the food. Our guests still can’t stop talking about the butter chicken and ravioli. I know how difficult it was to create a fusion Indian menu so thank you!
I truly feel like the Chateau Whistler has become a part of our story. You’re all warm , kind and loving. You all really paid attention to every detail-big or small. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for taking care of everything despite all challenges with so much grace.
