Sea to Sky Gondola is an award-winning, unique mountain top venue in Squamish, British Columbia. From 885m metres above Howe Sound, you and your guests can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the coastal mountain range, the iconic Stawamus Chief and the breathtaking waters of Howe Sound.
Facilities and Capacity
Conveniently located just a 45-minute drive north of Vancouver, our Spirit Trail Lookout offers a picture-perfect ceremony site, accommodating up to 100 guests. For more intimate gatherings, the Howe Sound Lookout and Sky Pilot Lookout provide stunning settings for up to 10 guests each. For your reception, the 1,500-square-foot Diamond Head Room features floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a beautiful backdrop, and is equipped with full audio-visual capabilities for a seamless event experience.

Sea to Sky Gondola offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support couples throughout their celebration and ensure the day runs smoothly.
We offer dedicated ceremony and reception spaces, in-house catering, bartending, set up, teardown, a venue coordinator to assist withyou planning process. We provide essential furniture and smallwears so you don't need to hire them. These include tables, chair, plate, cutlery and glasses.
Additional amenities we offer include our Co-Pilot room for you to relax in before the ceremony, an unaccompanied rehearsal, parking options and audio/visual equiptment rental. Altogether, these services create a seamless, stress-free experience so couples can focus on enjoying their day.

Inspired by global flavours and crafted with the finest West Coast ingredients, our menus are fresh, vibrant, and designed to enhance your celebration.These range from cocktail receptions to family-style dinners.Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available. Our culinary team can accommodate almost any special dietary requirements you may have.
Additionally, this team offers the services of bartenders through an open or cash bar. These professionals can pour wine, local craft beer, premium spirts, signature drinks, and champagne toast for your celebration.

Love has reached new heights
We visited a little over a year before our ideal wedding date to learn more about what Sea to Sky has to offer and pretty quickly knew that this was the one. Michelle gave us an incredible tour and was able to answer every question that we had. She also pointed out several things that we didn’t think of such as the bridal suite and some of the unique aspects of the venue (eg. bridge closures). The gondola ride up was complimentary and we were allowed to stay and continue enjoying it at the end of the tour which let us continue to explore and see if this was the right place for us. Turns out, it absolutely was and we soon booked our wedding date.
Booking the date and understanding the contract on their portal was really easy even though we were international and wouldn’t be able to do too much in person. Everyone we spoke to on the portal over the next several months (Renee, Sarah) were all incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were able to come back to the dinner menu tasting which, while not having every option available to try, had the most unique things which helped us pick things that we otherwise would not have chosen. For the menu items we weren’t able to try, at our request the staff was so kind to provide us with photos of the other dishes. Additionally, they were happy to accommodate special requests like allowing us to have the macaroons instead of the included desert option. We were SO thrilled about that!
The day of the wedding, Sea to Sky was well prepared and executed their role flawlessly. The food was absolutely incredible and the wait staff was fast and professional. The bar staff was also amazing and even with our party doing their best to consume as much as possible, they were able to keep up with the orders! One minor bummer was that the outside bar area was closed, so everyone had to funnel in on the inside to order another round – I think this is normally open, but just not for our event. Finally, even though our party was rowdy, the security and staff at the venue didn’t mind and let us continue to have a blast.
A few days after the wedding, the venue continued to impress us with how easy and transparent it was to finalize the remaining payments; something we really needed to be easy having just gotten married! If you’re looking for the most amazing views and venue in the world, chill and communicative staff, and flexibility to tailor the party the way you want, S2SG is the place to go!!

The Best Day of Our Lives
Planning a destination wedding from afar can be challenging, but the entire Sea to Sky team made everything so easy. They supported us with every detail, helped us organize the dinner from a distance, and the food was delicious — our guests haven’t stopped talking about how wonderful everything was.
We also want to give a very special thank you to René and Sarah, who followed up with us every step of the way and helped ensure everything turned out perfectly.
Our wedding day was perfect from start to finish — unforgettable, joyful, and framed by the most stunning scenery we’ve ever seen. We are forever grateful to the entire team for making our dream wedding a reality.

The most amazing view you will ever see
They were easy to work with ( all communication was done through their portal so everyone involved could see all). I especially liked that they took all dietary & allergy restrictions so very seriously ( we had a few serious life threating allergies and the kitchen took care of them). They food was next level that we ended up increasing our food budget to reflect just how amazing the food was.
This venue is not a cheap place by all means but I believe you get what you pay for and the views alone paid for themselves. We kept getting compliments from all of our guests just how amazing the venue was. The staff went above and beyond and were just a pleasure to work with.

Jude was leading the way for us. She provided great communication in the lead up to the wedding, but on the day of she (and the whole team) exceeded our expectation.
With an unexpected delay to the Ceremony, Jude rallied her team, created flexibility in the schedule and created the most memorial event of our lives!
