We had a great evening at the hotel for our wedding. We were supposed to have our ceremony on the roof top, but due to the weather it was moved inside. C Hotel was able to accommodate these last minute changes to set up an indoor ceremony for us. The service staff was quick and professional getting out the meal for the reception. Pam also did a fantastic job behind the bar, and Sarah did a great job as the Maitre D. They made our day special and took off a lot of pressure.

We had such an amazing experience with this venue. The pricing was amazing, the food good, and the staff absolutely fantastic! We were on the dolce roof top and held our ceremony there. We had an incredible time and our reception look beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone that asks me.

The staff were amazing kept us mostly on time due to us losing time. It was definitely a dream wedding. They made this whole experience easy and stress-free. I can honestly not complain, but one thing I would’ve changed is that I got my dinner served. I left to say hi to some of my guests and when came back, my dinner was already taken away.

Our wedding day was truly one of the most beautiful and meaningful days of our lives, and we are so grateful that we got to celebrate it at the C Hotel. ❤️

From the very beginning, the staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and cared for. They were so accommodating and helped bring our vision to life, making sure every little detail was taken care of. The venue was beautiful, the service was wonderful, and everything felt so special.

Let’s face it, planning a wedding, no matter how small and no matter how much assistance you have from friends and family, it is stressful! Enter C Hotel and their staff. From the second we met Terry, to our meetings with Feyi the wedding planner which later changed to Natalia, all the way to the end with Cristina the Maître D, these people know how to provide exceptional service. I actually can’t forget the hotel staff, Chetan and Husam, and several others I had only met once at the front desk. These folks care about how your day goes. Not to mention how every day leading up to your big day goes, as well as that of your guests. They are experts and they know how to manage everything. Every question answered quickly via email. Every concern sorted. I find I am a very good planner and am very organized and they met me at every level, even when I dropped the ball on things, like forgetting to print my speech or how I wanted to entrance way set up. WAY more venues should do these package deals. It is a lot less stressful and you get to focus on your own little things to make the night special. I can’t say amount great things about this team who made our day so memorable. The wedding pkg info detailed all the fine print and set us up for any changes or questions we had. Love. Love. Love this staff.

I had my wedding there. The planning and coordination and ceremony was wonderful.
But cannot say the same for my reception.

The wait staff did not pay attention to the allergies that I had indicated on the seating chart I provide and also on the name tags. My aunt does not eat beef and they served her meat sauce pasta. My bridesmaid is dairy intolerant and the staff servers here cheese in her pasta course and also the cheese cake as her dessert. My cousin's girlfriend is allergic to chicken, she had beef and still got a mild allergic reaction that evening.
I know my bridesmaid communicated her dairy intolerant to the server before service yet they have her dairy.

I don't understand the point of stating the allergies to the staff before if they cannot follow it. I don't know if my other guest that had allergies and what they were served. Good thing none of my guest is severely allergic to a particular item, If there was there could be major problems that night.

When passing the food during cocktail hour, the server did not know what they were passing. It was a vegetarian dish but they told my guest it was meatball. So a few of my friends that was vegetarian did not have anything to eat during the cocktail hour.

I don't get how the wait staff can be so incompetent.

The entree of beef I would recommend no one get it as it was so tough that even with a steak knife it was hard to cut. Most of my guest that had that did not enjoy it.

Lastly my aunt mentioned afterwards that 1 of the wait staff looked miserable. I understand people have bad days, but no one want to have a server like that at their wedding.

Again store disappointed with the reception serving and food that was at my wedding. A day which was suppose to be wonderful and joy, so to have my family and best friend tell me those after the wedding was very upsetting to me.

Initially when booking this venue, I was slightly put off by the price. It was not completely out of budget, but it was a few thousands more than I was "hoping" to spend.

NOW with that being said. Booking with this venue is worth E V E R Y dollar. The food was fantastic, great portion sizes and tasty. The planning team - I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Every single person from the start of us booking, to us cleaning up at the end of the night was fantastic.

Staff are incredibly friendly, and extremely accommodating. The time schedules we had set weren't "perfect" but the team was so quick to make adjustments and shift things throughout the night as needed.

We also went with one of the DJ's reccomended by the venue (Chris from DJ Emporium), and he was great as well. We had a lot of positive feedback about his ability to mix different genres and keep the party going throughout the night!

Overall if you are contemplating booking with C Hotel, do it. My guests were so happy and pleased with everything - most saying it was the best wedding they've been to. Super super happy we chose this venue!

Overall, the C Hotel was an excellent value for cost, lots of decorations and full day coordination was included in the price. It included a free hotel room and a discounted rate on a hotel block which was great for our guests. The rest of the experience needs to be reviewed in three ways:
Sales team: 1/5 stars
The sales rep had lied to us about a bunch of hidden fees that came up later, including:
- He told us there's no fee to use any vendor you like, later found out you need to use their approved vendors or else there's a fee
- He said no fee for table layouts, later found out there's a fee for tables with less than 10 people at them
- He said we could switch the appetizer from the default salad to a soup at no cost but it ended up being a $3.5 per person fee
Event Planning Team: 1/5 stars
The wedding coordinator was absolutely awful at her job and added more stress than she actually helped. She did quit a couple of weeks before our wedding (May 2026) so this may not be an issue anymore. Some issues we experienced:
- She told us when we booked the wedding, our food tasting would be 3 months before the wedding. 6 months before the wedding, she emailed us on a Thursday that the tasting would be that Saturday. When we asked if we could do another day since we were not available that last minute, she told us the only other option was the weekend before our wedding. Only after fighting for a week were we able to schedule it for 3 months before the wedding.
- When it was finally time for that food tasting, she told us we could only pick 1 food option to try instead of being able to try them all. We were only able to try them all after multiple couples attending that tasting day complained about this for weeks.
- Before the food tasting, she refused to let kitchen staff know about the groom's allergies and insisted that they could not be accommodated at the tasting. One of the maitre d' s was at the tasting the day of and personally got the kitchen to make him some allergy friendly options since the wedding coordinator refused to do this in advance.
- She required that we pick the wedding cake flavours almost a year in advance so we were not able to taste them before picking.
- In general, there was a lot of times she would send us an email, and then a week later send us another email with completely contradictory information.
Day-Of Team: 6/5 stars
The maitre d' was fantastic at her job, and helped keep everything organized, she really did a great job cleaning up the mess the wedding coordinator had left us in just a couple of days. The waitstaff were all very friendly and professional. The food was great and the hall was well decorated. The hotel staff working the reception desk and the cleaners were all very kind and helpful the day of as well.
In conclusion, planning an event at C Hotel will add a lot of stress to your wedding planning experience, but in the end their staff are able to pull everything together and make it an excellent day. We would recommend asking the C Hotel for their wedding FAQ that highlights all the hidden fees that were not included in the contract before you book this venue. We had briefly spoken to the new wedding coordinator, she seemed more organized than the one we had to work with, but we're not able to speak on her quality.

Our wedding at C Hotel was phenomenal. Stunning ballroom, great ceremony space and our guests appreciated the convenience of having a place to stay on-site as well. Feyi was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process and Cristina was incredible in the home stretch. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to tie the knot in a classy yet approachable venue.

I would recommend c hotel, they accomendated to us very well, your needs and the staff checked in regularly. I had an amazing time, my little one wanted pizza and they were able to provide that right then and there during our reception GOD BLESS. Or he would’ve complained the whole night! Hes 6. The serving team are spectacular, professional, and very attentive. Feyi, my wedding coordinator did amazing on providing our needs up until the wedding. Our maître D Natalia, made things happened smoothly during the wedding. And can’t forget the hotel staff who made sure I got the rooms I needed and wanted. Thank you guys for An amazing weekend, don’t forget Baci. The food there was incredible! Be sure to try the sea bass!!
