A Beautiful Venue with Exceptional Staff

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue! The team catered to our every need, and the staff were absolutely lovely throughout the entire process. It was fantastic to have the outdoor ceremony we dreamed of, with both the terrace and rooftop as beautiful options to choose from. The convenience of having our reception dinner at the same location made the day flow so seamlessly and stress-free.

A very special thank you to Feyi, the wedding coordinator. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent communication made all the difference. The venue is truly lucky to have her on their team!

A beautiful day made easy

Our wedding at C Hotel was phenomenal. Stunning ballroom, great ceremony space and our guests appreciated the convenience of having a place to stay on-site as well. Feyi was fantastic to work with throughout the planning process and Cristina was incredible in the home stretch. I would highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to tie the knot in a classy yet approachable venue.

It was a great time!

I would recommend c hotel, they accomendated to us very well, your needs and the staff checked in regularly. I had an amazing time, my little one wanted pizza and they were able to provide that right then and there during our reception GOD BLESS. Or he would’ve complained the whole night! Hes 6. The serving team are spectacular, professional, and very attentive. Feyi, my wedding coordinator did amazing on providing our needs up until the wedding. Our maître D Natalia, made things happened smoothly during the wedding. And can’t forget the hotel staff who made sure I got the rooms I needed and wanted. Thank you guys for An amazing weekend, don’t forget Baci. The food there was incredible! Be sure to try the sea bass!!

Dream Come True

We had an amazing experience with the C Hotel in September. Our wedding and ceremony was in the Castelli ballroom. Feyi was an excellent wedding coordinator who was super responsive and made everything so easy. The day went off without a hitch and room looked actually gorgeous. This team really knows how to run a wedding. Our only real complain was that one of our entrees was not the same as what we had at our tasting, or what the description was - it did not ruin our day by any means, just something to note. Overall it was a dream come true and we are still living on cloud nine.

Can’t be beat!

We had our wedding at the beginning of September at The C Hotel after planning for 13 months. Our day was perfect! The staff at the venue is incredible to work with. Feyi, our wedding coordinator, was so responsive and lovely to deal with. She made sure all of my questions were answered and never left me feeling confused. Our Maître D, Sara, was amazing and really made our day go smoothly. There wasn’t anything that went wrong! The price and packages cannot be beat. We did our pictures onsite and didn’t have any trouble finding good spots. My only note is that the food was not as good as it was at the tasting, but it did not impact the day at all. We did also hire an outside DJ after reading reviews. Our day was perfect and our guests only had great things to say!

August beautiful wedding

Our wedding reception was hosted at C Hotel by Carmens and it was absolutely beautiful. The venue itself is stunning, the staff were accommodating and friendly, and the food, drinks, and service overall were excellent. I have no complaints at all about the venue itself 🤍

Dinner was lovely overall – the appetizers and dessert were fantastic. The only downside was the main course (chicken supreme), which was quite plain and did not reflect the price point they charge for meals.

We had the pleasure of working with several wonderful staff: Natalia, our day-of coordinator, was kind and helpful; Karley, who we first met with, was extremely supportive and always answered our questions; and Chetan at guest services went above and beyond, quickly resolving an issue with the front desk phones when they weren’t being answered. Their efforts truly stood out.

Unfortunately, our assigned wedding coordinator, Feyi, was not the same experience. Communication with her felt impersonal, almost like speaking with AI. In planning meetings, she offered no advice, guidance, or professional insight, making the entire process feel very transactional rather than supportive. For such an important event, this was disappointing, and I would recommend Carmen’s consider a new coordinator moving forward.

That being said, the venue itself was absolutely perfect, and our wedding reception turned out beautiful 🤍🤍

wonderful service

The staff at the C Hotel we excellent and very helpful, our wedding coordinator Feyi was excellent and answer our question quickly, the maître D Natalie was very helpfully and let us know about timeline to keep everything moving smoothly, the one thing I think they need to do is have somewhere for the bride and groom to get ready we had a room included and where able to get into it early for me( the Bride) but my groom had to come ready , other then that everything was great.

Not bad bang-for-buck...but consider getting your food catered.

I'll start with the good first. We were married here in May of 2025. Carmen's had a hall that suited our small wedding size perfectly. We did the Dolce rooftop, and it was nice to have everything all in one place. Ceremony and reception. The audio set-up was no hassle, the staff was helpful, the complimentary honeymoon suite was nice, and there is an open bar included. Basic décor is taken care of, although expect to pay extra for any additions including silverware, or if you would like an arch added to your ceremony. It was a good wedding, everyone had fun.

Communication with the wedding coordinator was a bit inconsistent, but it was nice to have one provided for us as part of the package. She facilitated our requests up to the last minute, and did a decent job.

Now - the bad. The food. Oh my heavens the food. When we went to view the venue, we were sold on the food. After all, what do people remember about a wedding...1) Did they have fun and 2) The food! We did our tasting at Baci Ristorante (the on-site restaurant) and wow! It was fantastic! We were told to expect the exact same food at our wedding. We liked it so much we added an extra pasta dish course and paid for a late night seafood buffet.

On the day of our wedding out came the food and it did not resemble what we had sampled. It was standard banquet hall food. The chicken supreme was...standard banquet hall chicken supreme. The "low and slow" pork loin looked like it was boiled...and tasted like it too. The seafood (Crab legs and Lobster) was clearly pre-packaged, ready-made, and was ultra salty and stringy.

I wish I had taken more pictures of the food but honestly I was in the middle of one of the most important days of my life and it just didn't occur to me. But the few photos that I do have (from the tasting vs. at the wedding) are attached to this review. The one photo from the tasting shows the chicken and pork loin we had tried initially.

I raised these concerns with Carmen's & our planner and was essentially dismissed because no one had explicitly complained (to them) and because they had footage of people going to the seafood buffet? They also mentioned that they had added king crab as a bonus to the seafood buffet...which I found to be a strange thing to claim. As generous as that would be, there was no king crab...not that anyone had asked for king crab. Just edible regular crab would have been sufficient.

So overall, it's a good little venue. It is nice and intimate, and the packages are all inclusive and affordable, with plenty of options. But do yourself a favour...get catering!

All inclusive Wedding Packages

They have multiple wedding packages that can be quite flexible and prices to match your preferences.

The coordinator was quite disorganized and two weeks before the wedding she was unavailable and had various excuses. A week to my wedding she quit. The transition of this wasn't very smooth as I was only informed since I was persistent.

The hotel rooms for the married couple aren't anything special. However, they are clean.

My overall experience is 3 out of 5. I had to pay additional for my cake tasting which was not included. It was as if I was inconveniencing the baker with wanting samples and the baker at the time was in the family of the owners and she was not responsive.

Communication of the entire team was subpar. The food options were fine, nothing spectacular. The Dj process was unorganized as well.

Feedback on Our Wedding on Friday October 18, 2024

Dear C-Hotel Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding our wedding day on Friday, October 18, 2024, in the hopes that it can help improve the experience for future couples.

While we were excited about our celebration, I found that communication could be significantly improved. I was passed between three different wedding coordinators leading up to the big day, and each time, I had to reiterate my vision for the event. For instance, the arrangement of candles on the head table was only finalized a couple of hours before the ceremony, and I had to remind the maitre d’ about this detail after initially discussing it.

On the wedding day itself, there seemed to be a lack of coordination. My maid of honor, who was designated as the point person for the day, was not contacted by the staff to ensure everything was in order. I had to ask her to check on various details, which added to the pre-ceremony stress. Additionally, the lanterns intended for the outdoor ceremony were still in the reception room a couple hours before the event. When I inquired with the maitre d’, I was told I needed to organize someone to move them outside, which was unexpected and frustrating given my pre-wedding nerves.

Each time I raised a concern, I was met with the response that I needed to figure it out myself. For example, I had my phone ready to read my vows and present the marriage license to the officiant, but I was informed that I needed to find someone to deliver it for me. This added unnecessary pressure as it was almost time to walk down the aisle. Thankfully, my photographer stepped in to assist during this critical moment.

The outdoor speaker was not functioning properly during the ceremony, causing significant disruption. As a result, our officiant had to set aside the microphone and rely on his voice to be heard, which was frustrating given the investment we made in ensuring everything would run smoothly. It was disappointing that this technical aspect was not checked prior to the ceremony, as it directly impacted the experience for our guests, particularly those seated at the back who struggled to hear the proceedings clearly.

Lastly, our maître d' could have had a more engaging demeanor. Her responses were often short, she rarely smiled, and she didn’t seem enthusiastic about our experience. After addressing her attitude and expressing our concerns a couple of times, she became a bit more cheerful and started to assist us more towards the end of the evening. Overall, this added unnecessary stress to our experience.

We appreciate the efforts of your team, but I believe that clearer communication and more proactive support could greatly enhance the experience for future couples.
Over all we chose not to let this ruin our day but it easily could have. I would give our overall experience a rating 3/5 star.

Regards,
Marc & Kristen Rechter
