Brentwood Bay Resort & Spa is nestled in a small valley along the water. From the hotel what few neighbours we have are invisible; this provides unobstructed views of the bay and the forests beyond. Our property is quiet, and you can hear the diverse wildlife that calls the bay home.

The Arbutus Room – Ceremony & Reception for up to 80 guests.
Our Arbutus Room, being our primary event space, has tall windows that overlook the bay and open up to our spacious patio where your ceremony will be held. The color scheme reflects a cozy and intimate vibe, which is exactly the kind of wedding you’re looking to host.

What’s included?

• Dedicated servers & bartender
• Square wooden tables
• White linens for tables & black or mustard cloth napkins
• Dishware, glassware, cutlery, etc. Anything necessary for dinner service!
• Dance floor with space for a DJ if desired

The Gallery Room – Reception for up to 30 guests.
The Gallery Room is a bright and airy private space on our lower floor. With its’ own patio that overlooks our pool deck, you can take this chance to enjoy a more intimate reception with your guests.

Too small to host your wedding? Ask about hosting your rehearsal dinner in this space, or a morning-after breakfast buffet!
