Zerlene was hands down amazing. I found her on a whim on google, and after dealing with several other wedding travel coordinators, she put me at ease almost immediately. She always made herself available (day and night), guided me and my partner on processes that were complex and overwhelming, and thought of so many things that never even crossed my mind. Being a new bride was very overwhelming at first, but with Zerlene’s help she made everything flow seamlessly. I’d recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good wedding travel or wedding coordinator (as she does both). Her communication skills exceeded my expectations and she was so helpful on everything from start to end.

When my fiancé and I first started looking into destination weddings, I reached out to a few different websites for information. Zerlene was by far the quickest to respond, and right from our very first phone call, I felt completely reassured — she clearly knew her stuff.

Zerlene was fantastic. From the minute we started working together she was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. She helped us organize an all-inclusive for about 20 of our wedding guests, and she truly managed everything. It was such a weight off of our shoulders with all of the other wedding planning we had to do. I can't recommend her enough if you are looking for someone to help with a destination wedding!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Z for all of her help in finding a great resort for us. She was extremely helpful in putting together our timelines and layouts and offered fantastic advice throughout the process. She was always available to meet with us when we had questions and responded promptly to every email.
Even when we ran into some issues as a group on the way there due to weather, and once we were there one couple had issues, Z was great and super helpful, quick to respond providing suggestions and guiding us through the situation.

Zerlene was very helpful towards planning our destination wedding. She was very responsive and available all through the process - from choosing the resort, to planning all the travel details for our guests. If I could give more than 5 stars, Zerlene would get 10. From the very start, looking for that special and unique destination, research, many options within each of the destinations, booking my guests and the extending questions they had- this helped me tons to have the guests directed right to her. Her speed, detail, responsiveness, organization was top notch. Some hiccups upon arriving to my destination- baggage never made it… this experience, out of Zerlene’s control, obviously was rectified and only because of her. She worked magic and physically went to the airport herself to get my bags on route to me, my bags travelling more places than I have been just to make it to me within 1.5 days!!!! She goes above and beyond and I could not have asked for a better wedding travel agent. She made every difficult situation we faced (due to our bad luck) or bump into a positive and made our wedding destination a memorable one. Without her our beautiful wedding would not have been possible. So lucky to have found hwr and any bride lucky to work with her will see this for themselves from the moment you speak with her. I will continue to recommend Zerlene to family and friends, and will continue to use her for any future travel my husband and I have moving forward. She made an amazing mark on us on such a special time in our lives. My whole wedding party of 35 made special mention that she went above and beyond and this is something that we will all remember.
