High Fives for The Fives!

As a retired event planner (44 years)it was difficult to hand over the planning and details for my son and daughter in laws wedding to someone else. But, when I was introduced to Zerlene I felt completely at ease. Zerlene worked with us to find the perfect location for the wedding. She shared all the pros and cons and checked off all the boxes in helping us choose The Fives Beach Resort in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.

Zerlene was responsive and helpful throughout the planning process and all our guests appreciated her assistance. Everyone loved the hotel and facilities, our 65 guests ranged from infants to seniors and everyone found the resort accommodating for all our needs.

Once Zerlene introduced us to the Wedding Team at the Fives, we were at ease in all the planning details. Lots of choices and ways to make the day feel special. All the preferred vendors did a great job. The entire week was magical and the wedding day perfect.

Mary & Steven's Punta Cana Wedding!

From the bottom of our hearts, we cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding planner, Zerlene. Planning a destination wedding in Punta Cana while juggling a long-distance relationship and completely crazy work hours felt overwhelming at first — but Zerlene made it not only manageable, she made it truly enjoyable.

From day one, she was organized, patient, and incredibly attentive. There were so many moments when I felt like my brain was going in a hundred different directions, and somehow she remembered every single detail I forgot. Every email, every timeline adjustment, every tiny décor choice, every vendor coordination — she handled it all flawlessly. It honestly felt like she cared about our wedding as much as we did.

Planning from afar can be stressful, but she made us feel completely at ease. She kept communication clear and consistent despite time differences and our unpredictable schedules. No matter how busy we were, she met us where we were and kept everything moving forward. I truly don’t know how we could have pulled off such a beautiful destination wedding without her guidance.

And the wedding day itself? Absolutely seamless. Everything flowed perfectly. We were able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and celebrate with our loved ones without worrying about a single detail. That peace of mind is priceless, and it’s entirely thanks to Zerlene.

Our Punta Cana wedding was more beautiful than we ever imagined, and so much of that magic was because of her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care. If you are considering a destination wedding — or honestly any wedding at all — do yourself a favor and hire Zerlene.

Destination Wedding in Playa del Carmen

Zerlene, our agent was fantastic! She was very helpful, informative and responsive throughout the entire process. She helped us find the perfect venue that met our all our needs- The Fives Resort, Playa del Carmen. And she even helped us get started with the wedding coordinators from the resort- there was no point where we were feeling lost. Thank you Zerlene!

Destination Wedding in Punta Cana

Zerlene was hands down amazing. I found her on a whim on google, and after dealing with several other wedding travel coordinators, she put me at ease almost immediately. She always made herself available (day and night), guided me and my partner on processes that were complex and overwhelming, and thought of so many things that never even crossed my mind. Being a new bride was very overwhelming at first, but with Zerlene’s help she made everything flow seamlessly. I’d recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good wedding travel or wedding coordinator (as she does both). Her communication skills exceeded my expectations and she was so helpful on everything from start to end.

Amazing Experience with Destination Bride and Zerlene!

When my fiancé and I first started looking into destination weddings, I reached out to a few different websites for information. Zerlene was by far the quickest to respond, and right from our very first phone call, I felt completely reassured — she clearly knew her stuff.

Throughout the entire planning process, Zerlene was incredibly responsive, attentive, and went out of her way to check in with me multiple times to make sure everything was on track. Her support made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable.

If you’re planning a destination wedding, I highly recommend working with Destination Bride. You’ll be in great hands!

Highly recommend!

Zerlene was fantastic. From the minute we started working together she was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. She helped us organize an all-inclusive for about 20 of our wedding guests, and she truly managed everything. It was such a weight off of our shoulders with all of the other wedding planning we had to do. I can't recommend her enough if you are looking for someone to help with a destination wedding!

The best!!!!!!!

We absolutely loved working with Zerlene! She was so accommodating and helpful through our entire planning process and took away all of the wedding planning stress. She went above and beyond to be responsive and to help not only us but all of our guests to arrange travel plans and wedding plans. Zerlene made everything easier and genuinely cared about every detail. We were so lucky to have her and highly recommend her!

Thank you for your help Z!

I wanted to take a moment to thank Z for all of her help in finding a great resort for us. She was extremely helpful in putting together our timelines and layouts and offered fantastic advice throughout the process. She was always available to meet with us when we had questions and responded promptly to every email.
Even when we ran into some issues as a group on the way there due to weather, and once we were there one couple had issues, Z was great and super helpful, quick to respond providing suggestions and guiding us through the situation.

We truly appreciate her support and dedication in making everything run smoothly!

Best Decision Ever!

Zerlene was easy to connect with from the beginning of our wedding planning process. She helped us pick the perfect destination down to helping us remember small details. She always made herself available to chat and was always calm and professional. Would highly recommend!!!
