We wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Zerlene and Sandra for coordinating our destination wedding. Everything came together so beautifully, and we truly appreciate all the hard work, organization, and attention to detail that went into making the trip such a wonderful experience for us and our guests.
We had an amazing time, and we’ve heard so many compliments from our family and friends about how much they enjoyed themselves as well. From the travel arrangements to the overall experience, everything went smoothly, and it made our celebration even more special and stress-free.

If you’re dreaming of a destination wedding, I cannot recommend Zerlene of Destination Bride highly enough! From the very beginning, she was incredibly attentive, flexible, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. She listened closely to what we wanted and exceeded our expectations at every stage. Her passion and expertise truly stood out. She offered thoughtful suggestions, often highlighting details we hadn’t even considered, which made the planning process much smoother. Her communication was exceptional—she was always available and responsive, no matter the time. Many times, calming me down, letting me vent, and offering reassurance.
Zerlene played a key role in helping us find the perfect resort in Mexico and, as a dual-certified destination planner and travel agent, she seamlessly coordinated travel, accommodation, and transport for all my guests and even helped coordinate accommodation at the airport for my guests with mobility issues.
Zerlene coordinated with the resort team to ensure everything stayed on track and, the wedding approached and stress started to build, her support became even more invaluable.
One of the most meaningful surprises was when she arranged to be there in person for our wedding. Her presence and involvement—especially in coordinating décor and working alongside the on-site team—made the entire experience feel effortless and truly special.
Working with Zerlene was an absolute pleasure, and our wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more. We are so grateful we chose Impresario Events and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to create an unforgettable destination wedding experience.

Zerlene was absolutely wonderful to deal with! She was so helpful & knowledgeable! Even when airlines through unexpected wrenches in our original plans, she was right there helping us! & recommend a new resort that was so wonderful! She made our wedding trip with friends and family smooth and efficient!

Zerlene was hands down amazing. I found her on a whim on google, and after dealing with several other wedding travel coordinators, she put me at ease almost immediately. She always made herself available (day and night), guided me and my partner on processes that were complex and overwhelming, and thought of so many things that never even crossed my mind. Being a new bride was very overwhelming at first, but with Zerlene’s help she made everything flow seamlessly. I’d recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good wedding travel or wedding coordinator (as she does both). Her communication skills exceeded my expectations and she was so helpful on everything from start to end. -

Zerlene was fantastic. From the minute we started working together she was prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. She helped us organize an all-inclusive for about 20 of our wedding guests, and she truly managed everything. It was such a weight off of our shoulders with all of the other wedding planning we had to do. I can't recommend her enough if you are looking for someone to help with a destination wedding!
