Even when airlines through unexpected wrenches in our original plans, she was right there helping us! & recommend a new resort that was so wonderful! As a retired event planner (44 years)it was difficult to hand over the planning and details for my son and daughter in laws wedding to someone else. Zerlene was hands down amazing. I found her on a whim on google, and after dealing with several other wedding travel coordinators, she put me at ease almost immediately. She always made herself available (day and night), guided me and my partner on processes that were complex and overwhelming, and thought of so many things that never even crossed my mind.
