Set on about 15 acres of pastoral land, this scenic area makes a wonderful backdrop for a dream country wedding.

Facilities and Capacity

This rural venue has a picturesque farm and barn-style event space to host wedding festivities. The main floor of this barn allows up to around 136 people to be seated comfortably for an indoor ceremony or reception. These premises have also accommodated events of 400 people in size. If a couple wants to hold a larger celebration, the premises also have an area where they can rent a tent and still seat all guests. This property is wheelchair and walker accessible, including a larger stall in both restrooms. Additionally, the pond and dock make a marvelous background for wedding photographs.

Services Offered

A couple can book Pioneer Valley Barn for a weekend of celebrations. Friday is available for event setup, rehearsals, and rehearsal dinner. Saturday has access for the ceremony and reception. Sunday includes access for cleanup and reset of the barn. Attendees are responsible for event setup, takedown, and cleanup, though staff can be booked to assist with this. The premises feature a small sink with water drawn from a working well. Couples are advised to bring their own drinking water and hire the caterer or food truck of their choice. There are no bartenders or corkage fees, as couples are responsible for booking their own bartender and purchasing suitable licensing.

Accommodation

The Pioneer Valley Barn property has abundant space for camping. Upon request, the staff can facilitate couples who want camping as part of their festivities. Nearlyweds may discuss the additional fee and rules as part of their wedding planning.
