Pillar and post is a fantastic place to get married and have your honeymoon! During the process it and be difficult to get a hold of the as they are offer out of the office because it is such a busy and popular place to get married but once you are there for the wedding you are very much taken care of. They deliver amazing service to both bride and groom and also guests. Definitely recommend! -

We had our wedding at Pillar & Post on April 26th, 2025 in the Barn and everything was perfect! It was so nice having some of our friends and family spend the weekend with us and enjoy the hotel amenities together.
It felt like a wedding and a vacation at the same time.
Our room was excellent. And the ceremony and reception locations also exceeded expectations.
I’m sad the wedding is over but happy for all the memories and we will definitely return to Pillar & Post as guests for many other occasions.
I definitely recommend this venue!

Pillar and Post helped make our wedding a perfect day!
All our guests are raving about the fabulous food (hot and perfectly prepared), service (our bartender and the banquet captain were great, I thought it was such a nice touch to bring my husband and I a plate of the appetizers!), how beautiful P&P is decorated for the holidays, how cozy the library was for our ceremony, the barn looked amazing for our reception...the compliments go on and on! It was a pleasure working with Farin and the whole team at P&P. -

Please beware! I have been visiting this venue for almost a decade and have always had a great experience which is why I chose it as my wedding venue. It was the absolute worst experience my wedding was ruined in the sense that the stress was so high I could not relax and enjoy the day. I was not advised of a bridal suite, by the time I inquired about it there was no options left for me or my fiancé. He got ready in a boardroom with no full length mirrors just one small mirror. I had to get ready in our room. When we arrived we had to fight tooth and nail for our room as we were told there was a mistake and our room was never booked. During the entire process we would call the venue asking them to process deposits they did not follow the deposit schedule. They kept telling us oh it’s loose we can change the dates whenever we please so we left it alone. On the day of the wedding we were told via email if we didn’t pay our balance (to which we were not advised of until THAT day) our “event” would be cancelled. This was 3 hours before the wedding. We asked the front desk to come to us to retrieve a credit card they refused and told us if we didn’t go to the reception they would cancel the “event”. We have been calling the venue for the last 2 weeks to discuss these issues with no calls back. There was also a wedding ceremony before ours whos reception was elsewhere. The venue allowed that wedding to enter into OUR reception venue (not part of ceremony and in separate location) and sit at our tables eating and drinking. Our family had to kick them out and change table cloths that had crumbs and spills all over. Horrifying experience to say the least. Please be careful -

this venue is absolutely beautiful and the food was incredible but we had quite a few snags and poor communication with the main office and very little contact with the onsite coordinators. if we hadn’t of hired our own wedding planner it would have been really stressful. the issues included bumping us out of our ceremony space and trying to change the time after we’d done our invites because they double booked it, and not processing payments on time. we had to reach out repeatedly to arrange our tasting multiple times and sort out the final details. at the end of the whole thing they just sent us our final invoice with no information. our personal wedding planner saved our day completely despite all the hiccups.
on the day of our wedding service was great and everything went well. all the on-site staff were incredible and the food was amazing. i was just disappointed with the planning experience.
the barn is an amazing venue and I would still recommend it despite some of the lead up stress. -

We absolutely loved our wedding. Guests said they had the most relaxing weekend at the hotel and said the wedding was so beautiful. Having everything on site made life easier. Our wedding coordinator Annette was just lovely and so understanding, even when we were late to our own ceremony.
The men’s day of room was so much fun. The spa was perfect, the ceremony & reception room was beautiful, and partially decorated which saved us. And the staff, including the bartender was just amazing! -

We got married here August 2021. The venue and gardens at pillar were a beautiful location for our perfect day. Food was fantastic at the wedding and exactly as we remembered it at our tasting. Everything exceeded expectations and we could not have been more thrilled. I will say in the planning stages responsiveness and communication could have been better but they were very flexible in making everything come together. -
