Located just outside Bracebridge, in Muskoka, Brooklands Farm is a 6th generation family run heritage venue that specializes in hosting memorable weddings and events in a charming and gorgeous natural setting. Established in 1876, this working farm has now restored and renovated the century buildings on the property to facilitate indoor spaces for weddings, celebrations and events. The venue is surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens, forests, lakes and fields, making it a stunning backdrop for memories and photos!

Facilities and capacity

The venue includes a renovated rustic barn with five luxury washrooms, a gorgeous heritage log cabin for couples to get dressed, relax and stay, plus spectacular event grounds. These facilities are ideal for traditional weddings celebrations on weekends (maximum 140) and midweek turnkey micro-weddings or pop-up weddings (2-25 guests). See details below.

Full Weekend Access: You’ll have exclusive use of the farm all Saturday through Sunday morning, with the option to arrive Friday. This means you can decorate and settle in on your own schedule—no rushing or cramming everything into one day.
You have access to your own heritage log cabin for overnight stay and morning preparations. Often brides will use this cabin to get ready with bridesmaids.
Full set-up & takedown of all non personal décor and furniture (no hidden costs or stress), including ceremony chairs, arbour, barn tables, sail-cloth outdoor tent, and bar.
14 Years of Free Wedding Décor: Gain access to our curated décor room filled with treasures from past weddings—everything from table and arbour décor to card holders, donut walls, cupcake trays, and charcuterie boards—so you can style your day without buying a thing.
Atmosphere Included: We set lawn games like giant Jenga and cornhole during cocktail hour and light tiki torches and an evening campfire when the sun goes down--all included, no added rental costs.
Bartenders & Bar Packages: Our certified bartenders serve your guests with care, and we offer flexible bar options—from beer and wine to full open bar—to suit your celebration style and budget.
Catering Options That Fit You: Choose from eight trusted caterers we recommend or bring your own. We’re here to help you find the perfect fit—whether you want casual, or farm-to-table directly from our fields, our recommended caterers can off it all!
Vendor Flexibility: While we provide a list of highly recommended vendors upon booking, you're welcome to bring your own team. We’re happy to work with whoever helps bring your vision to life--this is YOUR day, and here at the farm, this is YOUR weekend.
Rain? No Stress. We’ve got a beautiful sailcloth tent and full wet-weather backup plans. If rain rolls in, we’ll handle the transition—no last-minute rental costs or tough decisions.

Saturday Weddings Include:

Wedding Ceremony & Reception from 3:30pm to 1am with exclusive access to Farm with up to 140 guests
Full Access to use the 19th century heritage landmarks: the Barn, log cabin, and elegant sail-cloth tent
Includes overnight stay for newlyweds Saturday night in the charming Log Cabin and pre-wedding day access for couple and bridal party preparations
Outdoor ceremony arrangements, celebratory Champagne toast
