They Probably Have What You Need... at a price you can afford
The ordering process is really streamlined and straightforward, you place your order (either online or by calling and speaking to a rep), they take your credit card and event info, you get a confirmation email of what to expect, and they'll run your credit card through for deposit a couple days before your event. What I was thankful for is also how easy it is for them to make modifications to orders, so even when I changed my mind about the type of folding chairs, and then the quantity, it was always hassle-less and stress-free.
The only thing I was a tad confused about at the beginning is the shortening of the window of time for them to drop off and pick up the rentals, but after seeing the changes (it'll cost you more if you need the rental items dropped off and/or picked up the same day, but they do have free delivery on orders over $100) on my order detail, it was pretty easy to understand.
Also because they've delivered lots to our wedding venue before so they were already accustomed to the site and didn't have any trouble getting the chairs to the University Golf Club (even with the roadwork and road closures) in time for the staff to set them all up.
