It’s hard to put into words how much Vieni has made an impact on my now Husband Adam and our families. They truly provided us with the ultimate wedding of our dreams - The best decision of our life was choosing them to host our August wedding, it still makes me emotional just thinking about how outstanding the service was.
Mackenzie Cooper specifically is so talented, kind, ICONIC & OUTSTANDING I cannot thank her enough for making our wedding year so special she is one of a kind, has the biggest heart and passion for event planning. 🥰 A big THANK YOU to the entire Vieni Team as well, I feel extremely honoured we got to work with them and we will continue to visit Vieni as much as we can.
The food was spectacular the amount of compliments we received from our guests saying it was “The best food they have ever had at a wedding”, the drinks were EXCELLENT specifically our specialty cocktails - Espresso Martini & Moscow Mule were amazing I still day dream about how good they were! 🥹 The Ceremony Site on the water is gorgeous, the shuttle was so easy to get the guests back to the reception and quickly with no issues. We stayed at the BnB on the property leading up the wedding - I cannot highlight it enough BOOKING THIS IS A MUST!!!! Being able to walk a couple steps from the reception back to the BnB was the ultimate luxury we all went swimming for hours after the wedding it was the best way to end the night. We also did the rehearsal dinner there and it was spectacular from start to finish.
Needless to say, if you are lucky enough to have your wedding at Vieni, consider yourself in good hands. Vieni is family to us now, we love the staff, venue, service everything so much! We had our wedding here this past August 2025. Huge thanks to Mackenzie and Meghan, both who have planning w us for a year. They were both so accommodating, our daughter was born 3 months before our wedding date and we had her with us at the bnb (with our nanny) for the day of the wedding. Meghan ensured that food and drinks were constantly brought over to our nanny in the bnb on site without us having to even ask.
The venues beauty speaks for itself. Absolutely stunning. The food is even better. We had so much fun at the food tasting event too! We were able to customize some dishes easily. The service staff is wonderful, they’re quick and efficient and very clean. Everything about our day was just perfect and comfortable. I didn’t need to worry at all or question this or that, everything was just somehow being done to keep the flow going, by the higher powers at be (aka Meghan). And at the end of the night, everything was also just somehow already done as in cleaned up and packed away or packed ready to go for us. We didn’t even need to ask :)
I wish I could say I want to get married a few more times to relive this awesome day! Thank you Vieni and team! -

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Vieni, truly 5 stars across the board! The day of co-ordinators Meghan, Mackenzie and Madison worked with us closely from start to finish and they exceeded our expectations in every aspect. They also worked with us to stay within our budget without compromising on quality. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. They were reliable, organized, and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. Meghan was absolutely amazing the day of our wedding, helping to make sure the day flowed and everything was as we planned (if anything did go wrong the day of, we had absolutely no idea about it). She consistently checked in with us throughout the day and made sure that we were also enjoying ourselves. Because Meghan did such a great job, we felt like guests at our own wedding instead of hosts! Everyone involved at Vieni were amazing, the kitchen staff constantly checked in to make sure we were enjoying our food and the bar staff were so friendly and pleasant that all our guests loved them! Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the food was either, on top of the absolutely stunning venue! We can't recommend Vieni enough, thank you for being such an important part of our wedding! -

We had an incredible wedding experience with Vieni. I could not recommend them enough.
Mackenzie and Megan were the ultimate dynamic duo. They were so accomodating to make anything we could want happen and truly I don’t think I could have gotten through the day without Mackenzie. She was there for it all, while still providing a calm, cool demeanor. All our guests have been commenting about how perfect everything was, how the food was amazing, the cocktail hour was delicious, the venue was outstanding and the ceremony spot was beautiful. The bar staff were incredible, we just named our signature cocktails and they executed them perfectly. It was truly the perfect day and it was all thanks to Vieni. Worth every second and the months of planning!! -

Sandra Sent on 09/07/2025Dream Venue, Dream Team — Our Vieni Wedding Experience
I can’t even begin to explain how much we loved having our wedding at Vieni! We got married there in June and it was, without question, the best day of our lives—and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible team at Vieni.
It all starts with Mackenzie (a literal wedding whisperer) and her team. We had both our ceremony and reception on site, and also rented the BnB for our family (more on that in a sec). The ceremony went off without a hitch—Mackenzie kept us on schedule, got us to the first look on time, and somehow managed to make everything feel calm and joyful at once.
Now, the cocktail hour? We’ve been told it was amazing—our guests were raving about it—but we didn’t attend because we got swept away taking more photos. (Rookie move? Maybe. Worth it? Definitely.)
Dinner was fantastic. The food was delicious, and we had so many compliments on it. If you’ve got a big family and need space to get ready, the BnB is such a great option. Super convenient, spacious, and kept us all in one place.
Now back to Mackenzie: iconic moment incoming—on the day of the wedding, I randomly decided I wanted a second dress for dancing. (Yes, day of.) Mackenzie and her team literally went out to stores and brought me back two options to choose from. I mean… come on. That kind of above-and-beyond effort is just who she is.
We had 4–5 planning meetings with her, and she honestly felt like our guiding light through the chaos that is wedding planning. Kind, organized, unshakeable—even when we weren’t.
Vieni will forever hold a special place in our hearts. It’s where we experienced one of the most joyous days of our lives, and Mackenzie and her team were such a big part of making that magic happen.
We couldn’t recommend it more. -

We had an incredible wedding experience with Vieni. Mackenzie was excellent in making anything we could want happen, helping to problem-solve before and on the day of. All our guests have been commenting about how it's the best wedding meal they've ever tasted. The bar staff were incredible too- we just named our signature cocktails and they executed beautifully. Having an air-conditioned venue in the summer was obviously very helpful as well, but the outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour were just what we were looking for. So much natural light at the reception in the hall too!
A few things to consider- the venue is very large, with lots of space for guests to go on a walk/spend time outdoors during the reception. This did make for an earlier end time for us personally, as it had looked like most people had left when they were in various locations outdoors recharging. Would definitely be best for large weddings. Also, account for a lot of time for shuttling to and from the ceremony space! -

We had our wedding ceremony in the Legacy Hall this past weekend at Vieni Estates. It was a such a beautiful venue. Mackenzie was such a pleasure to work with, she helped with so many details and had a great vision for how to use the space. We had a million compliments about how beautiful our ceremony was. We also took wedding day photos/videos on their beautiful property and everything looks amazing so far! -

Amazing wedding venue
From start to finish, working with this venue was a dream! My husband and I visited Vieni on a wine tour a few years back and I knew from the moment I walked in that we would be getting married there.
The entire property is gorgeous from the reception hall to the vineyard and the ceremony site. My husband and I are both Chefs so the food was extremely important to us as we have been to countless weddings with lacklustre food. We were so impressed by the incredible food quality and still to this day have our guests talking about the food.
Our wedding coordinator Mackenzie was phenomenal and was very prompt to answer our emails or calls. She made our wedding day run so smooth and was such a sweetheart.
I would absolutely recommend Vieni to couples who are looking for a fun and gorgeous venue with amazing staff and food. -

Dream Wedding Venue!
Our wedding day was literally perfect thanks to the entire team at Vieni. Mackenzie and her crew made sure the day ran smoothly and worked closely with my day-of coordinator to make sure everything was set up perfectly and that the entire day went according to plan. From our initial venue walk through to the wedding day, everyone at Vieni was kind and helpful. The venue itself is simply gorgeous, both the ceremony and the reception spaces were beautiful. We also had so many guests comment on the quality of the food and drinks, many telling us it was the best wedding meal they’ve had! We highly reccomend the DJ team that works with Vieni (905 DJCO), we had the best dance party and the dance floor was never empty. We also stayed at the BnB the night before and the night of the wedding and it was perfect. The wedding party woke up there and we all got ready on site (boys got ready in the wine cellar and the girls in the house) making the day even less stressful. We did all our photos on site and they all turned out so gorgeous! Couldn’t reccomend this venue enough, dream wedding come true 🤍 -
