We are so happy we went with Bellamere Winery as our venue! Our Event Coordinator was amazing. She was so responsive with emails/calls etc. She was professional, but also was so genuinely happy for us on our big day which was so kind. Everything about Bellamere was fantastic and our guests couldnt stop talking about how great the venue, food, drinks and staff were. Our wedding day was stress free and it was soley due to the Bellamere Staff!! Thank you!

Dream wedding
Our wedding was a dream come true, bellamere was the most gorgeous venue! Our guests had only good things to say. Food was delicious, staff were professional and everything was well organized. Wedding planning was stress free and the day was perfect!

Amazing venue with awesome staff!
We had an absolutely perfect wedding day at Bellamere. It is such a beautiful space and the staff did such a good job of taking care of us and ensuring everything went the way we had planned. I would definitely recommend this venue to other couples!

Amazing Experience
Deciding to have our wedding at Bellamere was the best decision we could have made. Our day was absolutely perfect. The venue speaks for itself, it’s absolutely stunning and needs very little decor. We received so many compliments on the venue, food, bar menu, and service. Many people told us it was either the most beautiful wedding they had been to or that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Our coordinator, Jennifer McDaniel was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish and she made sure everything went according to plan. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Jennifer and her team at Bellamere because it was truly exceptional. Thank you for giving us the most perfect day!

The Wedding of our Dreams
We had our wedding at Bellamere in September of 2022. Everything was perfect, from the organization of the day, the ceremony and reception space, the food, and all the little details in between! Knowing we would be planning much of our wedding from out of province, we wanted a one-stop shop for our wedding, and Jenn and the team at Bellamere took so much of the stress of wedding planning off of our plates! I received so many compliments from guests on every aspect of our day, most notably the food, the beauty of Bellamere, and how smooth the event ran from beginning to end!

A unique one-stop venue
We chose Bellamere because they offered the ceremony and reception in the same location. The menu had limited options, but our guests got to pick their main course and there was only positive feedback about the food and service. We are very happy with Bellamere as the venue for our wedding.

Bellamere took care of EVERYTHING! From setup, to tear down the we’re on top of every aspect and we didn’t have to stress about a thing! Our planner was incredible and was there to help with every step it was so amazing to have someone with us who knew exactly what to do for every situation! Our wedding day was a dream come true!

Disapppointing Day-of Coordination.
My husband and I got married Oct 1, 2021. On the day of our wedding, everything was organized and ready to go! However, there were a few things that occurred via the wedding coordinator on the day-of that shocked me. First, we were waiting for "show time", and she came back to my private room to hastily inform me we only had 17 guests arrive so far. I'm not sure how the bride is supposed to take care of this? I was calm, and it instantly made me panicked. She also insisted we start the ceremony - BEFORE both FATHERS had showed up. My husband was livid. He ended up telling her he was waiting-- and we ended up starting the ceremony with a few guests watching from the parklinglot- sidelines. (When it would have taken two minutes of a delay to get them seated.) Afterwards, we were taking our post-ceremony photos for sunset, and we were interrupted 3 times (we weren't out there more than 10 minutes) by the coordinator. I understand dinner has to start on time, but they could have started serving dinner -- we only had a certain amount of time with the sunset, which is something you cannot plan for. As we were waiting to enter for our grand entrance, she came to be, again, panicked and said that some of our guests were insisting they move tables. Two guests were also missing on the seating chart, and I immediately took responsibility for that and fixed the situation with the seating. She was so panicked-- you would have thought this was her first wedding that she'd coordinated. We were also expected to take home our leftovers. If you've ever gotten married, you understand it's tough to get in a bite! And unfortunately they told us it was "illegal" to take home our food. I've previously worked in the service industry, and this was a disappointment because that's something we didn't think we needed to ask about.
Just a fair warning! We originally booked because we loved the lady we booked with, but unfortunately she was on mat leave when our wedding took place. We can imagine the day would have went a lot smoother with a different coordinator! Our only complaints for the day, really, were due to her mismanagement. Her assistant for the day was fantastic and comforted me a little in between the times where I was fixing things.
Overall, the venue is gorgeous. We got fantastic photos and video, which we'll cherish forever. We're hoping that in a few more years we can look back on this and laugh! But unfortunately, nearly a year and a half later, I still get a gross feeling in my stomach when I think of this coordinator. I wish we'd thought to ask if we could interview with specific coordinators, instead of just being assigned one-- as this is something I was recommended when I got engaged; however, it's how the venue worked and for the price we were paying (13 grand-ish), we figured we were covered.
In addition, It took them way longer than expected to send back our deposit. They had mentioned they sent it in the mail, but it was nearly two months later and we hadn't seen or heard anything, so I had to chase them on that a bit. It took her, the coordinator, four business days to get back to me with a confirmation that the payment would be sent the following day.

Hi Brianna,
We are sorry that you feel that you did not have an ideal experience with your coordinator, and for how that impacted the memories of your wedding day. We do wish that we would have had the opportunity to discuss your experience in 2021, as we are quite certain we would have been able to clarify a few of your issues. As I am sure you remember the ability to host a wedding or event had just returned with restrictions a couple of months earlier. This was a very busy time for us and this may have added a level of stress to your coordinator. We can assure you this feedback has been heard and we will use it while reviewing our standards and expectations with the team.
We also do want to address your concerns and feedback around the ceremony and the timing for the day. Timing is an incredibly important aspect of the day, as that is how we assure that your day runs smoothly with the highest quality of service and food. Touching base with our couples prior to the ceremony is something we do with every couple. Moving forward without parents or VIP guests is something we would never force on a couple prior to their ceremony, though we will inquire with you if we see a number of guests have not arrived to determine if we want to go ahead or wait a few more minutes. There may have been a miscommunication here and we do apologize for this if that was the case.
Once the ceremony starts we ask that guests arriving after stay to the side and watch the procession from there before we have them seated once you have reached the front. The reason we do this is so that guests are not walking down the aisle between the bridal party, the bride or the groom.
Based on our records, the initial deposit refund was sent out 8 days after your wedding, however you did not receive it and another cheque was issued upon your request.
Again, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry you had a bad experience, and will ensure that our entire team continues forward with the high standards we have set out for ourselves and will use this as a reminder to strive for more.

our wedding coordinator Patti really kept us organized and took care of alot of the details we simply didn't have time to plan out. This venue takes care of everything you would need for the perfect day. Thank you for helping to create our dream wedding. Even though weddings look a bit different in 2020 it was still a perfect day.
