Other services include VIP life coaching program, for people looking to create better social, work, and private life and massage therapy, fascial stretch therapy. Meet the team
Phaedra has been sharing her love of fitness with clients for the last 10 years. She is a sought after trainer who specializes in working with women and with booty building. She is the founder and CEO of VIP Fitness & Lifestyle.
Phaedra grew up with a passion and drive to be very physically active. She spent her youth training, performing and competing in many dance disciplines and earned numerous awards and gold medals. As she got older, Phaedra began performing and teaching bellydance and hiphop professionally. In order to enhance her own dance career and her teaching, Phaedra became certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
At the age of 20 Phaedra was involved in 2 car accidents. After taking a year off work to recover, Phaedra pushed through her physical limitations and continued to find a way to focus on her passion for fitness. Unfortunately, her dance career had been permanently compromised by her injuries, but her dedication to fitness and pushing through physical limitations inspired her to open her own fitness company at the age of 22. Phaedra's passion, charisma, and entrepreneurial motivation have led her to have a successful fitness business, sponsorships and so much more.
Michael's personal fitness journey started when he was 15 years old. From lifting weights in the gym to playing multiple types of sports, fitness has always been one of Michaels biggest passions. He is now a well known and sought after personal trainer and coach who specializes in helping clients with large transformations. His passion and commitment to his clients is second to none. He offers the support and tough love that it takes to achieve a real lasting lifestyle change.
Michaels enthusiasm for nutrition developed after he underwent his own 80 lbs weight loss transformation. He had sustained a sports injury and was unable to partake in physical activity for 18 months, thus leading him to experiment with multiple unsucceful fad diets.
Through this personal experience he learned the discipline and sustainability of balanced nutrition and shares this knowledge with his clientele. At heart Michael is a true motivator. With ample life experience and hardships he finds it easy to pesrsonally connect, coach and support his clients. In the more recent years Michael has perfected his craft and competed in multiple bodybuilding competitions. He also shares his knowledge and passion for the industry through his entertaining social media accounts.

Brians dedication and drive in the gym is something unique. He lives a lifestyle of consistency and hard work and pushes through to complete what he set out to do. Brian specializes in elite level training focusing on functional movements and incorporating styles such as cross-fit, bodybuilding, circuit training and more. Brian loves to work with athletes who are looking to be pushed and motivated to achieve things further than they could on their own. He also loves to work with clients to help reduce/eliminate common aches and pains.
Brian incorporates motivational techniques into his sessions to help clients stay on track with their nutrition and personal fitness plan. Brians favourite part of the job is watching clients achieve things they never believed they could, such as weightloss, performing specific exercises or moving pain free.
Brian grew up on the Sunshine Coast and has always been active playing many types of sports such as soccer, volleyball, baseball, lacrosse, and ultimate frisbee. Although he graduated with a degree of Phiolosophy from UBCO, his background innsports made his transition into the fitness industry feel like a natural move. He is now an ACE certified personal trainer, and has certificates in Agatsu Kettlebells level 1, Bulgarian bags level 1, TRX, Nashfit level 1, and corrective exercises level 1 from The Biomechanic Method.
