WARNING !!!! BE AWARE : You get what you pay for. It is the case with this company. Ella took over a month to get back to us to confirm our agreement, leaving us anxious. We kept following up but she would constantly come up with excuses and that they were busy with other weddings, despite our wedding being less than a month away. She charged us for a test that was never done by her team and canceled at the last minute giving ridiculous excuses. She was suppose to conduct a test at a venue for an outdoor wedding, and kept making excuses on how hard it is to get there. I provided her with directives, Google maps and more and she ended up sending an email where she made multiple excuses to cancel and did not even had our wedding date right !! I have never experienced such poor client satisfaction and service level. No wonder why they are so cheap. Don't expect quality, value and customer care with them. We went with another provider who actually took the time to work with us, answer our emails and did not leave us stranded canceling a month before our wedding date!! I wish I could post screenshots of my text message and email communication with her for everyone to see. -

We are so grateful to Ella and her team at Two Rings Video for all the support and hard work that they did for our wedding day in the Fall of 2019. The package that we went with included our wedding photography and videography as well as an engagement photoshoot. This was very convenient and we liked the benefit of only having to manage one contact. We also appreciated the ability to meet with the photographer that we would be working with at the wedding during the engagement photoshoot. Ella was easy to contact and communicate with leading up to and following our big day. Two Rings Video is even certified to fly and shoot drone footage which we were very excited about because we got beautiful footage of our venue which was on the Ottawa River. The day of our wedding included 10 hours video and photo shooting and included: bride and groom getting ready, ceremony, reception speeches, dancing and the bouquet toss!
On the day of our wedding Ella and her team were on time, prepared and extremely organized. Ella had such a calm and confident demeanour when directing/coordinating photo shoots and poses. She kept us calm and cheerful even in the face of cold and rain. The experience that Ella and Two Rings Video showed was extremely valued. She ensured that we took all the photos that we wanted and that we diligently stuck to our timeline.
Ella and her team went above and beyond of what we could have expected from them -- when the bride had mentioned that something was not quite right with her flowers, it was almost so minimal that she didn't care too much, Ella took it upon herself to contact our florist (as she was already familiar with him) to make arrangements on our behalf and ultimately ensured that the bride's flowers were fixed before the ceremony even begun. Ella and her team were all extremely talented and they were a pleasure to have around on our wedding day. Her and her team were personable and truly awesome people. They were always willing help out, keep us calm and let us take a break when we needed it.
Overall, we couldn't be happier with the final product that we received for our photos and video. When we had initially received our video we provided some feedback and requests for changes/additions -- Ella kindly made all the changes that we wanted and in a very timely manner. She confirmed with us that we were happy with another cut of the video and the final product that was provided.
Two Rings Video services absolutely exceeded our expectations in the best way. They were all a pleasure to work with and we can't thank them enough for the care and effort and consideration that they gave us on our special day. It meant so much to us and every little detail went a long way to making the day go smoothly and more memorable. We will always cherish our wedding videos -- it's so important because when it's all said and done, it really is one of the most important things that you have to look back on your day forever. Re-watching the ceremony and speeches is so meaningful to us and very precious. So, it would be our recommendation to check out Ella and Two Rings Video and to consider trusting them to help capture your special day! -

Sierra J. Sent on 30/05/2017Ella & Jenna of Two Rings Video were so great! Really responsive and they got exactly what we wanted. We went with the "raw sugar" package which is basically 8 hours of videographer time and the videos are unedited, we had to provide a hard drive for all the video footage but once Jenna's time was up she loaded it and handed our hard drive back to us that night. We watched it a few days after the wedding and it was amazing! I'm glad we ended up getting a videographer, we have the video for a lifetime now. -

Ella S. Sent on 07/03/2017I had Jenna and Matt as my videographers, and love, love, LOVE our wedding video.
I had the Elegant Essentials package and added the Groom's side preparation to the video as well.
From morning makeup and hair prep for me and the guys getting ready for my husband, in the limo and to first look for photos downtown, the cermony, the speeches, the cake cutting and the first dance they were with us all day and quietly captured it all.
They made everyone feel comfortable, that they could act naturally and never felt intrusive.
I am so happy to have all these memories captured on film forever, I have rewatched it a few times and a flood of memories I had already forgotten came back to me.
The day goes by so quickly that it's hard to remember everything but these videos, especially the speeches, will always be treasured and I'm so happy to have captured it all. -
