We were really hoping to be able to give Braeden a great review, but after seeing the final product we sadly can not do that. Our highlight video is beautiful, however the other services included were not. When we first got in contact with Braeden for True View Productions he was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. After the deposit was made and the date was booked it was more difficult to get an answer from him. He was late for our face to face meeting. He attended our rehearsal (which he was also late for) so that he would know what was going on, however somehow on the wedding day he still wasn’t ready, and didn’t record any of the groomsmen, grooms father or the groom and his mother walking down the aisle. Throughout the ceremony and reception there are many sky, ceiling, floor and thumb over the camera shots. During the speeches, he didn’t start recording the brides father until a few minutes in. He also was not prepared and had to change the battery during our speech resulting in about 4-5 minutes missing, which was us thanking half of our wedding party. Then there was the photo booth, it barely worked. Not a single picture was printed the entire night, we paid for extra prints. He told us before the wedding that all of the pictures would also be uploaded and available after the wedding to be viewed by the guests two days after the wedding, it took him 4 weeks to get us these pictures and that was after us sending multiple messages for a week. Nothing was given to the guests for where they could go to upload these. He never apologized after the wedding for the photo booth only half working, we were the ones who had to get a hold of him looking for photos to give to our guests. We were suppose to see our highlight video after 4 weeks with the ceremony and speeches to follow. It took over 12 weeks and when we were asked to pay our final deposit before seeing the ceremony and speeches we were not made aware that he missed the beginning of the ceremony or parts of speeches. When we wrote him an email explaining all of our issues with the footage, he never responded. He had his money and no longer cared. I would recommend having a friend record your wedding and speeches on an iPhone before I would recommend Braeden. The only good part is that his price was not overly expensive, but still not worth it.

Braeden was amazing to work with. He listened to all of our wants and needs and went above and beyond. Our video is something I cherish and watch it often. He captured our day and our love perfectly and at a very reasonable price.

Please save yourself a lot of disappointment and stress and go with someone else for your wedding videography. We initially booked with Braeden after looking at his website and portfolio, and communicating via email. Originally, his portfolio and the reviews we read, as well as the package pricing, seemed very well done and positive. Communication was quick and professional during our booking process. Our highlight video ended up being nice enough as well. Unfortunately, there are no other positive things that I can say. In the months before our wedding, I tried to contact Braeden by email and by phone, in order to let him know when and where he should be the day of. The phone just rang and rang and did not even go to voicemail after multiple attempts. Emails went unanswered for weeks at a time, and when I finally received a response, it was to say "great, we will discuss it closer to the date." The day before my wedding arrived and I had still not heard anything from Braeden, and to be honest I was thinking that he wasn't even going to show up. I then received a text message from him at 9:30 PM the night before my wedding, asking me when and where to be in the morning, as well as the schedule of the day. The day of my wedding, Braeden showed up late to our "getting ready" locations. He seemed extremely rushed and frazzled throughout the entire day, although he was nice enough to talk to. After the wedding, I sent several emails checking in on timelines for when I could expect my finished videos. Again, these went weeks without a reply. After receiving my trailer and my highlight video, I was feeling a little better about everything, because they are edited fairly well. As part of my package, I was to get a trailer video, a highlight video, as well as full recordings of my ceremony, speeches and dances. Originally, Braeden sent me dance footage that wasn't even from my wedding. He fixed this mistake after I emailed him to let him know. Then, he sent my speeches and my proper dances, but did not send any ceremony footage, so I again had to email him and remind him that this was part of our package. After finally receiving all of the proper footage, I was so disappointed when I watched it. The beginnings of two speeches are completely cut off. The beginnings of the first dance, father/daughter dance and mother/son dance are also cut off, and the camera swings wildly around and the footage isn't consistently of the dance floor. The ceremony footage is the worst. We have absolutely no footage of anybody walking down the aisle. It cuts off the beginning of the ceremony with the officiant speaking, as well as part of what my husband and I say. You also don't even see the exchanging of rings. The camera is looking at the grass, at the back of people's heads, and half the time we aren't even in the frame. And you also can't hear anything being said. Overall, communication, service, and end product were entirely unprofessional and deeply disappointing. Do yourself a favour, and find someone else as I wish I did.

Great experience with True View Productions! So many of our guests commented on how they didn't even notice the cameras, flawlessly hiding, yet capturing such amazing angles. Our videos are beautiful, thank you!
