About
Kelowna Wedding Videographer · Filming the Okanagan since 2004
I’m Chad Giesbrecht, and I’ve been filming in the Okanagan for over 20 years. I started in 2003, the summer of the Okanagan Mountain Park fire, and I never put the camera down. Since then I’ve filmed more than 150 weddings at vineyards, lakeside estates and backyards from Osoyoos to Vernon.
My wife Heather is a wedding photographer, so we know what a wedding day actually feels like from the inside. That’s why I work quietly. I don’t stage your day, I don’t run the timeline, and I don’t pull you away from your guests for an hour of posing. I watch for the real moments: your dad’s face at the end of the aisle, the vows you wrote the night before, and the friend who can’t get through the speech.
What you get is a cinematic film that tells your story in the order it happened and sounds like your day. It isn’t a highlight reel set to a stock song with the moments in random order.
Collections include 4K filming, a full edited film and a social teaser. You can add a second filmmaker, your edited ceremony and speeches, and a Guest Reel so your guests can upload their own footage from their phones.
There’s no travel fee anywhere in the Okanagan.
I only take a limited number of weddings each year. If your date is open, let’s talk.
