Breanna and Grady of Evergreen and Bound Films are simply wonderful, amazing people and artists. We hired them to be our wedding videographers almost a year before our wedding date - which was smack in the middle of the unimaginable year that was 2020 - and way before there was any idea about the current pandemic. We were immediately taken with their style of videos from their website; the videos captured such sweet, intimate and personal moments in a natural and authentic way.

We had to plan our wedding and talk with them over video calls because they're based on Vancouver Island and we're in the lower mainland, but their unfailing energy and enthusiasm was always apparent. We had to re-imagine our entire wedding to deal with the constant changes due to covid, right up to the weeks before our wedding. Despite this they were always so willing to cooperate and work together with us and our other wedding professionals, and offer ideas on how best to capture our special day.

On the wedding day itself they helped and guided us through creating and recording special moments that always felt true to us and enhanced the experience of our wedding day, but they remained unobtrusive enough to let us enjoy every moment. Also, completely unknown to us, prior to our wedding date they worked with our wedding officiant to create a special surprise - collecting and editing a series of video messages from some of the most special people in our lives, sending us their best wishes and love for our wedding day because none of them were able to attend our wedding due to pandemic restrictions. Imagine our surprise and delight as we saw and heard from our loved ones as the clips were presented to us throughout our reception dinner. This was our absolute best wedding day present, one we will treasure forever.

The final wedding highlight video itself was just stunning, absolutely perfect in capturing who we are, and the love we shared on our wedding day - the highlight video and the video messages are the only way we've been able to share the experience of our wedding day with most of our family and friends - they all loved the videos. Being able to record the wedding was one of the main reasons we decided to proceed instead of cancelling or postponing.

Breanna and Grady are creative, adventurous, enthusiastic, hardworking, friendly and easy to work with - having them there took away some of the stressfulness of the day, they were a fantastic team to have on our side on our wedding day. We have these beautiful memories captured to remind us of one of the most magical days of our lives. I truly feel like Bree and Grady really got to know my husband and I and added our own personal flare to our video and photos. I highly recommend Evergreen and Bound as wedding videographers. Breanna & Grady spent a great deal of time with me in the planning stage - answering questions and providing different options to meet our needs and budget.
Good wedding vidographers are not cheap - but the quality of their work speaks for itself. My family debated a bit about having a video done - my fiance was against spending the money, but my father insisted and paid for half (he's a great dad). And we admit he is right. We just watched the full-length video and realized we already don't remember half of what went on.
So not only do we have a real record of what happened, it's actually well done - artful, musical and fun.
We got both the highlight video and the full-length video. And Breanna and Grady also came to a family beach party that week, and managed to capture things like Grandma tackling her 15-year-old grandson. Classic.

Getting a highlight wedding video done by Breanna & Grady was one of the best decisions we made in all of our wedding planning ... we were sooo happy with how it turned out. My husband even said it wasn't something he originally thought we'd need, and now it's his favourite memory of the day. It goes by so quickly it's so amazing to have something you can look back at and watch with family and friends over and over again. They were a pleasure to work with, and honestly, I didn't even notice they were there filming during the ceremony or anything! Working with Breanna and Grady on our wedding videography was just as though we were working with two good friends with spectacular results. Everything you want out of a potential friend, warm, friendly, bubbly, energetic and everything you want out of a videographer, organized, thoughtful, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile. From the moment I began working with them they were great at maintaining communication with my wedding planner and perfectly worked along with our timeline for the day. Even with the threat of rain on my wedding day, they were positive, dependable and got shots and angles of our big day that I couldn't even dream of. The wedding day goes by SO fast, so it's such a nice surprise to watch a lovely video of your day, see the happiness on everyone's face (even your own) and relive the vows and speeches that made you cry. From the quality of footage, to their music choices for video accompaniment, to bringing a bride breakfast the morning of the day, to their more than reasonable pricing, you can't go wrong!

These two were super friendly, professional, and very creative. At the same time they openly listened to what we wanted and delivered beautifully!
