Not worth the hassle...
Les photos sont magnifiques (Shown Morin), mais le trouble que nous avons pour obtenir des nouvelles/communications pour la vidéo (que nous attendons toujours!) ne vaut certainement pas la peine...
La vidéo devait être livrée en novembre 2025, nous sommes maintenant en mars 2026 et nous n'avons aucune communication de la part de Pléa, c'est d'un manque de professionnalisme flagrant et décourageant. Nos courriels, textos, appels et même courrier recommandé demeurent sans réponse et nous sommes désespérés d'entrer en contact pour au moins obtenir notre "raw footage". (ce serait la moindre des choses) On a été incroyablement patient et compréhensif, mais on a l'impression qu'on se moque de nous... L'adresse indiquée au contrat s'avère être incomplète et l'adresse indiqué dans le registre des entreprises...Pléa n'a jamais réclamée la lettre. Dommage comme les photos et l'avant mariage était super... mais pour le trouble, le prix plus le prix du couvert ça ne vaut vraiment pas la peine ! Attention à tous les couples, aller voir ailleurs ! (C'est ce que mes amis et entreprises à la recherche de photographe/vidéographe font)

Amazing service
It took us meeting with close to 10 videographers before meeting with Authentik wedding. We instantly clicked with Plea who made us feel like our event would truly be a reflection of our personalities and our couple’s vibe. He has been a gem with us and so kind and patient. Listening to our needs and making sure that we were also ok. We only booked him for the video and we were so happy to see how well he worked with our photographer! I recommend their services 1000 times over!

Not received video after 8 months
We hired Authentik Wedding for our wedding in August 2023. We were excited by their video promise, paid the deposit and Plea was great during the wedding. We were promised the video 3 months after. As of end of April 2024, nearly 8 months after, not only have we not received our video but they have stopped answering us since December 2023. We also posted some warnings to other newlyweds on their instagram and our posts have been deleted.

Absolutely, 100%, highly recommend!
Pléa was an absolute joy to work with. He is very professional, lots of fun, and made both me and my husband super comfortable being in front of the lens. We really appreciate the fact that he didn't have a set time that he was going to leave our wedding; he stayed to capture every moment and went with our flow. When we received our video, there was something that I really wanted to have in it that I had forgotten to mention to him earlier. Pléa was extremely accommodating and edited the video to include everything we wanted. We are over the moon with the final product and we are so happy to have such an amazing memory of our very special day. What really drew us in to Authentik Weddings initially was how different and creative their videos are compared to the very generic ones we saw over and over again online. Trust me, they did not disappoint! I highly recommend using Authentik Weddings to capture your big day! You won't regret it!

Les meilleurs!
Steve et moi nous avons eu la chance d'immortaliser la plus belle journée de notre vie grâce à Authentik Weddings. Depuis le début de notre expérience avec eux, ils étaient à l'écoute et flexibles, ont répondu à nos demandes spéciales et leur passion est vraiment inspirante. Ils vous mettent à l'aise, sont courtois, professionnels et ultra-sympathiques!!! Un travail hors pair !
Pléa et Shown sont deux individus extrêmement professionnels et à l'écoute de leurs clients. Grâce à leur visions créatives, ils arrivent à donner vie à tout leurs projets. La personnalité de leur clients transparaît à travers toutes leurs images. Sans eux, notre mariage n'aurait pas été le même. Je ferais affaire avec eux à nouveau pour mes autres projets.

Ils ont su fait preuve d’ouverture, de passion et de professionnalisme en cette journée si importante pour moi.
