We had a very disappointing experience with our wedding photographer and would strongly caution others before booking.

Communication was a constant issue from the start. Responses were extremely delayed, often taking far longer than what would be considered reasonable—especially during such an important and time-sensitive process like wedding planning. We later learned he was working abroad as a filmmaker, but that should not impact the level of service paying clients receive.

The biggest issue, however, was the delivery of our photos. Not only were there significant delays in receiving them, but the final product also did not meet what was promised in our contract. We paid for a package that included a minimum of 900 edited photos, and what we received fell short (did not receive half) of both the quantity and overall expectations.

To make matters worse, when attempting to follow up and resolve the situation, I was blocked on WeddingWire, cutting off communication entirely. This was confirmed by WeddingWire customer service. This was incredibly unprofessional and left us with no proper way to address our concerns.
