About

Founded in 2013 Maple Tree Films was founded after owners Steve and Melissa were planning their wedding. Together they discovered a lack of affordable, high quality videography in the wedding business and sought to fix that. Today, the film school-education team works with a variety of couples to tell their stories through a cinematic journey.

Cannot recommend enough!

We cannot rave about Maple Tree Films enough! The quality of their footage is beyond just a typical wedding photographer, and their team is so wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond for our wedding day.

We love of video! Steve and Melissa are awesome

They were so easy to work with and getting our wedding video was like getting to relive the *best day ever* all over again! Friendly, Professional, and Stunning Work

Steve & Melissa were an absolute joy to work with. They are kind, friendly, and from the first time we met them they went above and beyond to make sure they knew exactly our vision and desire for our wedding highlight film. On our wedding day they were completely on top of things while never being in the way. As far as the actual edit, we were absolutely blown away. We had extremely high standards and expectations and they were completely exceeded. Steve & Melissa beautifully told the story of our wedding day and we look forward to watching this video for the rest of our lives. We also received all of the raw footage so that we can relive every moment in detail. We would highly recommend Maple Tree Films to anyone reading this review.

Exquisite work, and so fun to work with!

Melissa and Steve have been with us from proposal to wedding day (and likely, beyond!) and have captured every part of our wedding story beautifully. They are friendly, professional, and exceptionally talented photographers and videographers. Their attention to detail is second to none, and they deliver stunning product on time and with care and love. Thank you for capturing our forever!

We randomly came across Maple Tree Films when searching for a videographer for our wedding. We were amazed at their ability to tell love stories as unique as the couples they work with. Steve and Melissa were professional, organized, and creative. Most importantly they are genuinely good people and a dynamic duo. The finished highlight film captures our love story and is something we will forever cherish. Highly recommend Maple Tree Films and hope to work with them again some day.

Steve and Melissa of Maple Tree Films are incredible at what they do! My husband and I first "met" Melissa and Steve via Skype - they were warm and friendly, asking all the right questions to get to know us as a couple and piece together the details of our wedding day, etc. Steve and Melissa are VERY talented, capturing all the emotions of the day through beautiful imagery. Our wedding film is beautiful, and perfectly us - well worth the investment.

Steve and Melissa were super easy to talk and work with. We valued their professionalism and appreciated the flexibility they offered within their packages. Truthfully, we were on the fence about hiring a videographer at all, but after meeting with Maple Tree Films, we were sold and it was definitely worth our investment!

My husband and I were married in Sonoma Valley, California at the Viansa Winery on October 11th, 2014. Prior to the wedding, when we were deciding on a photographer and videographer there was no doubt in our minds that we were going to choose Maple Tree Films. We knew they would capture the most perfect moments on our special day and we were right! Melissa & Steve went above and beyond in every way possible before and after the wedding. Our wedding pictures and video are so candid, memorable and simply priceless. We are so grateful that Maple Tree Films created beautiful memories of our wedding day.
