Scam! Do not hire
I recently got married in June and hired these guys to do our Reception video. He sent someone who DID NOT KNOW what he was doing - FINAL RESULT: The footage was choppy, extremely blurry and dark. The camera pans were abrupt and sudden and the videographer had no clue what he wanted to do.
When we received the final product, I brought all these issues with him and told him he should give me the RAW footage as compensation. He cited the contract and said that I won't get the RAW footage without paying even though ALL OF THE RECEPTION VIDEO (FINAL CUT) WAS JUST PURE BAD.
Long story short, he acknowledged the bad work but blamed it on the lighting ...? and promised to redo the final cut. Till date I have no response from this guy.
I'm in the process of filing a civil lawsuit against him but please, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE me and my wife did. it's pure SCAM.
