  Excellent limo!

  Perfect for our wedding day! Arrived on time for groom and groomsmen & arrived back in time to pick myself and bridemaids up!
  Clean inside and well A/C !
  Very friendly service . Will definitely use again for next big event!

  Punctuality and Friendliness

  We used City Limousine on our big day back in August last year. We checked their reviews on social media (Google, Facebook and Weddingwire). After reading great reviews and replies from the owner we made a decision to go with City Limousine. The price was by far the best and vehicle was in mint condition. As promised it came with ice/water. The driver was super nice and on time. We had an amazing experience and look forward to using their services again on our first anniversary.

  Friendly, Ontime and Organized

  We booked an SUV Limo for our big day. The price quoted was by far the best and the response time was way better than other companies. Some companies didn't even reply to date. The driver was helpful and took care of putting our stuff in the car and helped us in and out. Super happy with the service. Thx City Limousine Vancouver

  Best Company to work with

  We used City Limousine for our wedding in October 2023. Firstly, it was a pleasure working with Bal who was super friendly and provided all the necessary details about vehicles with prices. Then he helped catering a great package not charging us for any downtime. I requested some changes until last minute and not even a single time I saw frustration from Bal. On our big day our driver Aman was so helpful and treated us with great care whole day. The vehicle was in great condition stocked up with water/ice. I will definitely recommend City Limousine.

  On Time & Patient

  First, they needed a gate code to get into the air b&b the bridesmaids & I were in (I didn't have my phone good thing they had my Bridesmaids number). Then the poor guy had to awkwardly back into a strange shaped driveway. He still managed to get all 6 of us and our luggage in the car AND get us to the venue on time. I don't know how, but he did it.

  Excellent service!

  We hired one of their sprinter vans to transport us and family members to and from a couple different spots on the wedding day. Our driver was friendly and professional, got us where we needed to be on time and knew his way around well. It was a really seamless experience and I'm super happy we booked! Bal was also very quick in responding which made the booking process very easy. Would highly recommend!

  Do not hire!

  Do not hire this company as they are grossly negligent and unprofessional. On the day of our wedding the driver took off after waiting 5 minutes for the bride to be finished getting ready at her home. As we were trying to figure out where the limo had gone, we received the most despicable text from the dispatcher which you can see below. It will shock and horrify you to read. Imagine getting that text moments before you are about to be married.
  
  Our wedding coordinator had to track him down and get him to come back which meant our wedding ceremony was 30 minutes late with everybody waiting and confused. Their gross behaviour and negligence threw off our tightly planned schedule for the entire day. Afterwards we had to fight them to just get a refund for the hour that we lost due to their own pitiful performance. At every level this company shows zero professionalism and concern. I can only imagine that this behaviour is more widely indicative of how they operate.
  
  I cannot urge you enough to stay clear of this company no matter how small or insignificant the occasion.

  Great Time

  We rented the stretch Limo for transportation to our wedding. We booked for 2 hours so we could chill and drive around a bit so we could relax before the ceremony. Our Driver was Great! He took us wherever we wanted to go and he was very professional. Our booking agent Bal was over the top accomodating due to postponing 4 times due to Covid protocols! We will definitely use this company in the future for other events!!

  Amazing Experience!

  We had the most amazing experience with City Limousine, they were easy to coordinate with and extremely efficient. Our limo driver was so much fun and very accommodating with everywhere we needed to go. They decorated the car for us and made our day extra special. If you are looking for a fun driver who can take you where you need to go, we recommend City Limousine.
