She was very professional, flexible with her schedule and went above and beyond to make the day amazing. She gave us ideas during our zoom calls that we didn't even think of! Instead of just saying "I don't know... you guys just tell me what you want" she ALWAYS had an idea or suggestion that would help us out! She emailed all of our vendors a few days before the event to make sure everything went smoothly. She also took the time to have two zoom calls with us. She went above and beyond to help us and all for a very reasonable price! The business is truly well named because we absolutely had a worry free wedding experience. Thank you so much Abby!

We truly cannot thank Abby enough for everything she did to make our wedding day seamless, beautiful, and completely stress-free. From the moment she arrived, she took full control in the best possible way. She stepped in with confidence, kindness, and total professionalism.

One of the biggest things we’re grateful for is how she brought all of our DIY projects to life. I had spent months creating pieces for the day, and she installed everything with so much care and attention to detail. Seeing everything set up exactly how I imagined (and honestly, even better than I imagined!) brought tears to my eyes. She truly respected our vision and made sure every single item had its perfect place.

On top of that, she kept us on schedule the entire day without ever making it feel rushed or rigid. She kept me (the bride) grounded and brought me back to the moment if I was letting the chaos of the day get to me. Her timing was impeccable and she gently guided us from one moment to the next so that we could relax and actually enjoy every part of our wedding without having to worry about what was happening behind the scenes.

She handled every little hiccup before we even knew they existed, and her calm, organized energy made a huge difference for us and our families. We felt completely taken care of and supported from start to finish. It truly felt like I had a close friend taking care of us.

Hiring Abby was hands down one of the best decisions we made. If you want someone who will treat your wedding with the care and heart it deserves, she’s the one. We’re endlessly grateful and we cannot recommend her enough.

I was planning a downtown Montreal wedding remotely from the US and from the moment I first chatted with Abby, I knew she'd be the right person for executing my wedding vision. She was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing a very reasonable outline of check-ins and recommendations to make sure I stayed on top of all of my wedding to-dos (and even accounted for things I hadn't considered!)

When the wedding day arrived, I handed over all of my planning documentation to Abby and never looked back. As a corporate event planner myself, I know just how tricky coordinating a large group of people can be, especially with such a tight timeline and so many moving pieces, but Abby made everything seem effortless - from the detailed staging of all our decor items to wrangling all the wedding party members and toast givers, there wasn't one moment Abby wasn't in control of. It was only well into the night when I realized there had probably been a whole host of things that had gone wrong that I wasn't aware of, which was exactly the point of her being there, but it felt so wonderful in the moment to just be present and forget about all the logistics.

And if she hadn't done enough already, as guests were trickling in, my mother in law noticed a relative who had brought their young son with them even though they had been told explicitly on several occasions that it was an adult-only event (a bride's worst nightmare!) Abby noticed this immediately and made sure the child was kept out of sight during the ceremony and promptly came over to us to make sure she could address the situation appropriately, and she did just that! Not only did the child disappear, but the parents seems unbothered by the whole situation when we came around to say hello - a testament to Abby's professionalism and grace in dealing with the situation.

I was so blown away by Abby throughout the entire process of working with her and consider her to be the secret to our wedding's success. We could not have had such a beautiful day without her and we owe her a great debt of gratitude for all the ways she went above and beyond for us. Would highly HIGHLY recommend.

I used Abby as my day-of coordinator for my wedding on May 28, 2022, in Montreal, and could not have been happier. There are so many small details she took care for me day of, and leading up to the day, that I would've never thought of AND that would've caused me significant stress if she wasn't there.

We had 3 meetings prior to the wedding, where she helped me to work on the day-of schedule (ladies, this ALONE was worth having her around - couldn't have done it without her) and gave me ideas and advice. The day of, she ran around picking things up and dropping things off for me, she kept tabs on different vendors, and was the go between for EVERYTHING. I cannot stress this enough, Abby made my day so much better. Not that I plan on getting married again, but if I did, I'd go with Abby in a heartbeat.

We were DIY for our wedding, as the day drew closer it was clear we needed someone outside of family the day of the wedding. Abby was absolutely amazing, I trusted her to “lead” my team and handle everything so I could enjoy the day!

We unknowingly created loads of work for ourselves when we booked a venue space we loved but that's all it was, a space. We quickly learned that we needs help coordinating all the vendors to make sure we had fun on our big day. We hired Abby as a day coordinator to tie everything together and we were very happy. She was very reassuring and supportive in what we wanted to create and also conscious of timelines as we approached the wedding day. She dealt with all vendors, decor and the agenda throughout the day, no one bugged the bride and groom :) Cannot imagine what our day would have been like without her
