Amazing Day-Of Coordinator Service
Doris managed the timeline of the day beautifully, coordinated with vendors, and handled any unexpected issues with a professional demeanour, allowing us to soak in every moment. Doris and Gaele were able to pivot and be flexible to weather-dependent challenges of the day and make adjustments without us having to worry. Their dedication and enthusiasm were greatly appreciated and helped more than we could imagine.
What truly stood out was Doris’ ability to keep the day running smoothly while allowing us to focus on enjoying the moment. Before hiring Doris, one of my biggest concerns going into the wedding day was the setup and takedown of decorations, flowers, candles, and everything else. I have been to weddings before where friends and family members had to do this and it made things stressful and chaotic. All of these fears disappeared when we hired Doris. In addition to many other helpful tasks, Doris and Gaele went to our venue the day before making sure everything was set up and taken care of while taking everything down at the end of the evening. This in itself made our wedding day stress-free, relaxed, and so much fun for us and all of our guests.
If you’re looking for a day-of coordinator who is not only highly capable but also genuinely caring and supportive, look no further. Doris & Gaele played a key role in making our wedding day everything we had hoped for and more. Highly recommended!
