Kait is absolutely incredible and made our wedding date run perfectly and smoothly! From our first call, we were 100% confident that we were in good hands. Planning a wedding is so stressful and during the month leading up to the wedding I had a million thoughts running through my mind but Kait took care of all the little details and if there were any issues, we had no clue! We were able to fully enjoy the day knowing that Kait and her assistant had everything under control. She is also so down-to-earth and easy to work with that it felt like I was working with a friend the whole time! We cannot recommend her enough for all your wedding planning needs! -

The moment I met Kait I knew that she was going to make my day the best day possible. Right away, we connected and I felt an instant trust in her. She helped me with all and any questions that I had about vendors/times and details that I would
never think of. Her attention to detail, organization, her ability to understand and be compassionate is truly her gift. She is so professional, empathetic and listens attentively to each detail of what the bride wants and needs. She took over communication with all vendors and her experience and skills has exceed all my expectations and more. She planned and made my day stress free and handled everything going on and provided me with a sense of ease and always told me that there are only solutions. I appreciate Kait & Caroline on the day they made sure I ate and had whatever I needed. When I needed Kait she always picked up the phone to answer any questions right away. She worked closely with my other vendors and I honestly cannot recommend her enough, she is truly the best in the business and any bride will be lucky to have her as their coordinator. Kait and her team (Karoline, Crystal) were exactly what my wife and I needed for our wedding day to be perfect. As we used them for the day of coordination, Karoline took over and executed our venue setup (UBC Boathouse) to what we wanted and more. She brought our vision to life and also brought her own experience and flare to make the reception hall even exceed what we imagined.
She went ahead and contacted all the vendors prior to so that everything would run smoothly on the day of. Her calm presence and suggestions throughout the ceremony, and early evening really helped our other vendors stay on track and helped everything run smoothly.
Wild at Heart was very receptive throughout the entire process to make sure our wedding included everything that we wanted. They were also great at bouncing idea's off of and were eager to share what works/doesn't work for ceremony/reception festivities.
I would definitely recommend them and their vast experience in many of the services they provide. -

Kait was amazing to work with! She is very fast to answer emails and super flexible to coordinate meetings with. We used her for her day of coordination and had no problems.
