Kait was an absolutely amazing day of coordinator. She was incredibly organized, attentive and paid close attention to every detail. She followed my chaotic ceremony/reception decor list to a T and made my vision come to life. She made sure everything ran smoothly while also taking such thoughtful care of Dave and me. During our private moment after the ceremony, she arranged for the chef to bring us canapés and as soon as we sat down at our reception table, she went and got us both a drink. Those little moments really stood out and made us feel so cared for. She also created the floral arch for our ceremony, and it turned out beautifully! We’re so grateful for everything she did to make our day feel seamless and special. We couldn’t recommend her enough. We love you Kait! -

Kait was absolutely amazing throughout the process! She is personable, nice, funny and professional. Kait took over all forms of communication with my vendors 6 weeks prior, organizing and delegating to vendors ensuing a smooth day. The day of the wedding I was able to relax and have an incredible time with my husband, friends and family. She was able to take inspo photos that I sent her and execute decor and florals perfectly 😍 We had so many compliments on our beautiful the venue looked with the decor! Highly recommend Kait for your day 🤍 -

We can’t thank Kait and her team enough for everything they did to pull our wedding together. From the very beginning, they were always available to answer my questions and even suggested vendors, including the one that provided the amazing food we had. They helped me think of all the little things I wouldn’t have known to consider, and their expertise really put me at ease throughout the process. Everything ran so smoothly on the day of the wedding, my husband and I were able to just relax and enjoy ourselves. The decor looked incredible, and their attention to detail was flawless. We had such a good time, and we’re so grateful for their hard work in making our day special. Highly recommend! -

Kait is absolutely incredible and made our wedding date run perfectly and smoothly! From our first call, we were 100% confident that we were in good hands. Planning a wedding is so stressful and during the month leading up to the wedding I had a million thoughts running through my mind but Kait took care of all the little details and if there were any issues, we had no clue! We were able to fully enjoy the day knowing that Kait and her assistant had everything under control. She is also so down-to-earth and easy to work with that it felt like I was working with a friend the whole time! We cannot recommend her enough for all your wedding planning needs! -
