I didn't really know what to expect with a wedding planner but needed some help. Judi and Sara went above and beyond our expectations. Even though our wedding took place in a restaurant, they made sure it looked like a country barn with lots of wood, lights and different accents all over the place. We were amazed with how much they did just by us telling them what we were looking to do. They made it all magically appear and all we had to do was show up. It was extremely comforting knowing that they understood what we were looking for with just a few in person meetings and text messages. All I can say is these ladies are miracle workers and they will make your event even better than it could be!! Thanks Judi and Sara -

Judi and her team coordinated my wedding and they were complete lifesavers. Judi not only coordinated our wedding, but she also legalized our ceremony and worked closely with our florist, The Little Flower Shop Bowmanville, to deliver and set up our florals.
Judi, Shelby, and Sarah coordinated all aspects of the wedding - from setup to takedown - and were very focused on making sure they delivered on our vision. They are sweethearts and you can tell they also just enjoy what they do! They also found amazing solutions to last minute hiccups and just handled everything with grace. They even came back the following day to clean and pack up. Thank you so much for everything! You are the real heroes of the day! -

Judi, Shelby and the whole team are simply fantastic. They are incredibly quick to respond - cue our Thanksgiving weekend texting, and back and forth emails at all hours of the night. They saw my vision and elevated it. I had no reason to worry about any small details, with Wheelhouse on the job. If you are having a wedding in Peterborough and area, hire this team. It is so worth it. -

Judi is an angel
I love wheelhouse, they were amazing at getting everI wanted for my wedding. Kind of like magic how it all came together. Judi is such an angel, takes time to help figure everything out and takes the pressure off me so I can just enjoy my wedding. -

100% Hands down I would recommend Wheelhouse Event Company. Judi was amazing to work with throughout the whole planning process. Truly a breath of fresh air! Someone like myself who had just moved to the area, Judi helped with every detail to plan for the wedding. She was always a phone call away and would answer almost immediately. She took my vision and made it into a reality. On the wedding day, her team was flawless and did everything to make our day beautiful.

Just phenomenal
Judi in an absolute rock star. She is always kind, quick to respond and always a step a head of everything. She knows exactly what needs to be done and when, and always went the extra mile for us. You can tell she truly just loves weddings and wants everyone to be happy. Judi was amazing in helping us plan and re-plan our wedding through the pandemic. Even though our big cottage dream wedding was cancelled, she was fantastic in helping us re-plan the most intimate ceremony using the money we had already spent. She is professional and manages her relationships very well with all of her vendors. Our wedding may have turned into a small backyard wedding, but Judi really made this the most beautiful set up I could have ever dreamed of. Hiring Judi will be the best money you spend for your special day.

Judi worked with me through all the details of a regular wedding, then ALSO a COVID-safe wedding! Her ability to remain calm and address issues with grace (and style!) amazes me. Her services are worth every penny.
