  Quick thinking, calm, flexible and responsive guiding hand amidst the chaos of a wedding day

  I hired Tatiana for a day-of coordinator as I was planning my own wedding and arranging all my vendors. As any new bride, I was clueless in start thinking about how many details I should consider, and I just don't arrange things if I dont know that's what they do in weddings in general. I had no bridal party or groomsmen so having Tatiana and relying on her advice was SO CRUCIAL. Tatiana is extremely detail oriented and an expert in everything from A to Z in the wedding industry. She is super friendly, responsive, calm, gentle, and goes above and beyond for making sure everything (including things that I should have thought about or decided about that I Have Not thought about...) is i order, placed, communicated and arranged, even on the spot. That kind of hands on thinking ahead must come from her extensive experience in the past. I have no doubt if I booked her for a full wedding planning she would have Outdone herself. I would recommend Tatiana to anyone who may be nervous about their big day and needs an experienced down to earth caring hand. Merci!

  The Best Wedding Coordinator we could ask for!

  Tatiana was incredibly kind, organized, and professional in her approach. She helped us at every step, and reassured us throughout with her words and her attention to detail. She was the most valuable member of our wedding team in ensuring that it ran as it did. We could not recommend her enough!

  Thought of everything and more

  Tatiana made this whole day run smoothly. If anything went wrong I never heard about it! She was great at coordinating with vendors, even the ones that turned out to be challenging. I was able to enjoy the most carefree morning with my girls because I knew my wedding was in amazing hands. She listened to every single thing I said, remembered it all, and asked great questions that I would never have thought to ask. She is worth her weight in gold!

  Professional, Calm and Resourceful

  Tatiana is a wonderful person to work with. She is very positive and calm. She stepped up when we needed her and was eager to solve any issues leading up to the wedding. On the day of she did a great job of making sure that everything went on smoothly. I had ZERO stress on my wedding day and enjoyed every moment of my special day.

  We used Tatiana at Velvet Weddings for day-of coordination and had many calls and emails leading up to the event, including a walk-through a few months beforehand and a rehearsal. She was absolutely fantastic and executed a perfect day. She asked lots of questions to make sure she understood our vision, and stayed in touch with all our vendors to ensure the day went smoothly. If there were any issues, we didn’t hear about them which is exactly how we wanted it 😉. Thank you Tatiana for all your work to make sure we had the best day ever!

  Fabulous wedding

  Our entire experience with Velvet Weddings was just awesome. Going with Tatiana and her team for the full coordination was the best decision we made. Tatiana was quick with emails, helped us to find and book amazing vendors and took care of all the little details I couldn’t take care of. On the day of, Velvet team went above and beyond to make our day run so smooth and we were actually able to sit back and enjoy our wedding and did not stress about any single detail. Thank you again for everything!

  Great service

  We had originally been planning a big 2021 wedding; however, with the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and the growing amount of cases in Ontario, the future became more and more unpredictable for the both of us so we decided to do an elopement wedding dinner instead.
  
  We made 100% right choice when we decided to book Velvet Weddings. Tatiana and Julia from Velvet Weddings are so detailed, so knowledgeable, and so organized. They answered all of our questions fully and created a perfect day for us.
  
  The entire planning process was just fun. Thank you, Tatiana and Julia, for everything that you both did and we couldn’t be happier with the choice we made in hiring you both!

  January wedding

  We hired Tatiana and Julia for Day-Of coordination services and they executed our vision perfectly. 2 weeks before the wedding day we worked with Tatiana to finalize our schedule for the day. She took the time to go through the drafts with us and make changes as we discussed them. Contacted all our vendors and confirmed arrival time to make sure the day would go smoothly. On the day of the wedding, Tatiana and Julia took all the planning stress out of our day and finished arranging everything at our venue. To sum up,
  they are super responsive, creative, thoughtful and fun to work with! Thank you Tatiana and Julia for making our wedding amazing.

  Gorgeous wedding, great experience

  I could not have imagined my day without Tatiana and her team. She made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. My biggest fear was that I would not be able to actually enjoy my wedding day, but because everything was so well organized I can say that our wedding was the best day of our lives. When we met Tatiana she was so easy to talk to, organized, and paid attention to all the details. We knew we were choosing the right wedding coordinator after our first meeting. She helped us to find a perfect venue and best vendors. Thank you so much, from the bottom of our hearts!

I enjoyed my wedding because of her wonderful work. The day we had our first meeting she designed the whole layout. Everything turned out just great!Thank you Tatiana and Velvet Weddings.
