Saved my Wedding!
Ashley and her team were truly phenomenal. I realized 6 weeks out from my wedding that I wasn’t prepared and needed help, and Ashley got the event preparations completely back on track. On the day of, Cynthia and Rachel did a fabulous job with decor set up, and kept the whole event running smoothly. When an unpredictable hitch came up, Cynthia found me with a solution already prepared, just looking for go-ahead to execute. Truly can’t recommend this team enough. Professional, kind, and excellent aesthetic taste! -

Thank you to Ashley and her team! I cannot say enough amazing things about them! From helping pin my Veil, to bustling my dress and everything in between, They made my wedding day run effortlessly, I didn't need to answer a single question or even have a brain day of, and my bridesmaids actually got to enjoy the day and let loose. The amount of joy she brings day of and leading up to the wedding is contagious 😍 her passion and love for wedding shows in every moment of the day. The amount on compliments I got from my vendors and guests and bridal party about how amazing she and her team were day of with everyone was to many to count. I was a very organized very prepared diy bride.. and my best money spent on our wedding was hiring this team. Any advise I'd give the next bride.. get a month of coordinating team! It's makes your wedding your day again! -

What can I say other than Ashley and her team did a phenomenal job. My wife and I worked closely with Ashley for 10 months leading up to our wedding, and at every step, she brought professionalism, warmth, and excellence.
Ashley is the full package: incredibly organized, detail-oriented, creative, well-connected, and experienced. She set reasonable milestones that kept us on track without ever feeling overwhelmed, and she was always reachable and responsive, even with our demanding schedules. She helped us shape and refine our vision, planning, and handled all the vendor communications and logistics with precision and care.
People often say the wedding day flies by in a blur for the couple, but that wasn’t our experience at all. Thanks to Ashley, we cruised through the day. From getting ready in the morning, to the ceremony, the photo session, the reception, and everything in between, we actually got to absorb and enjoy our own wedding. It was a long day, but an easy one also. We truly felt like guests at our own event, and that’s entirely because of Ashley and her team.
Naturally, there were moments where things didn’t go exactly according to plan (as is always the case with live events), but Ashley and her team handled every curveball with grace and speed. She kept us informed without burdening us, always reassuring us that it was under control - and it always was.
Looking back, I honestly can't think of a single thing more we could have asked of her. The way she managed our wedding was a masterclass in project management and event execution. We recommend her to any couple planning their wedding and we would hire again in a heartbeat.
Ashley was the difference between a stressful day and a joyful one. She made it not just seamless, but truly unforgettable. Thank you Ashley! -

It is hard to express what a difference a good planner makes until you have one, and Ashley was truly the best. She was on top of every detail for months leading up to the event, built an itinerary for us, our guests and our vendors, worked directly with the venue to coordinate all day-of logistics, and helped us button up every detail we hadn't even thought of before hiring her. Cynthia, our day-of coordinator from Ashley’s team, also did an absolutely incredible job. She coordinated every moment of the event, allowing us to truly interact with our family and friends, enjoy the evening, and celebrate stress-free. We couldn’t have been happier with how our wedding went, and it’s all thanks to Ashley and her team at Velvet Bordeaux. -

Ashley is an absolute necessity to any wedding! She helped guide us through the entire process and provided numerous tips and tricks. This was 100% the best service we purchased for our wedding and I will recommend Ashley to anyone. We are very thankful to have had her team there to handle various issues (including a late DJ!! Which we did not know about until after our ceremony, thanks to Ashley’s team handling music in the meanwhile). Peace of mind on your wedding day is priceless and there’s no one better than Ashely to hold your hand the entire way! A million thanks for your time and care, Ashley! -

People say you can't plan for perfection, but Ashley proved that wrong! Working with Ashley was the best decision we made. She exceeded every expectation by far, and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. I had tonnes of questions throughout the process and she responded to every single email/text right away. She flawlessly coordinated all of the behind the scenes planning, from vendor communication to day-of logistics and more. Knowing that all of these details were covered allowed me and my husband to fully enjoy the day. On our wedding day, her calming energy put any anxious feelings I had at ease. Ashley and her entire team were incredibly thoughtful and made sure everything was executed perfectly, including keeping all events running on schedule, making sure my husband didn't see me before the ceremony, and managing our other vendors. I'm sure there were so many more behind the scene things that she did that I didn't even know about! Ashley also set up all of our personal decor items and worked with our florist to create the most beautiful reception space. We're beyond grateful for everything, and I can't recommend Ashley enough! Her passion and love for what she does was evident right from the start. I will miss her infectious energy and kindness! -

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our wedding than Eaton Hall! From the moment we arrived for our first tour, we knew it was the perfect setting for our special day. The venue is absolutely stunning, with beautiful tent, views, interior decor, and exterior character! It provided the ideal backdrop for our photos, and our guests were blown away by the atmosphere - everyone said it felt like we were in Italy!
The day of team at Eaton Hall (Abi and Sveta!) went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. They listened to our first date story of taking shots and then delivered shots to our head table and said "this is your full circle moment" which I will remember forever. On the day of, everything ran seamlessly, and we were able to relax and enjoy each moment knowing that the staff had everything under control.
Not only was the setting gorgeous, but the service and hospitality were also incredible. From the delicious food to the beautifully arranged spaces, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Our guests are still raving about the experience, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! The food was hot and delicious for every guest and the bartenders were so fun and quick - there was never a line!!!!
If you're looking for a venue that combines natural beauty, elegance, and an amazing team that cares about making your day unforgettable, Eaton Hall is the place. We’re so grateful to have celebrated our wedding there, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts!
Where do we even begin with Ashley ? From the very start, she were an absolute lifesaver and truly the reason our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more. Planning a wedding can be so overwhelming, but Ashley made it an enjoyable, stress-free, and honestly fun! She took the time to understand our (let's be honest MY lol) vision, guiding through each decision with such thoughtfulness and expertise. She helped me laugh at the not so fun moments and even dealt with 1-3 bridezilla freakout moments along the way!
As a Director of Operations I was hesitant to the idea of a planner because I am so used to planning every detail to a T. That being said, I couldn't be happier that we booked Ashley and truly she is a life saver in the wedding planning process. I don't know if I could do another event without her, honestly!
Every single detail was perfectly managed, from the timeline to the rehearsal and she handled everything with such grace and confidence. Ashley has incredible experience and made sure every aspect of the day felt cohesive and personal. She coordinated with all our vendors seamlessly (even the difficult ones!) and managed the entire event with such professionalism that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. All we had to do was focus on each other and our guests – something we’ll forever be grateful for.
On top of her outstanding organizational skills, Ashley brought so much warmth and positivity to the planning process. She made us feel supported every step of the way, always checking in and being incredibly responsive to every question and concern. Our friends and family keep telling us how magical the day was and how smooth everything felt, and we know that’s all thanks to Ashley. She even got my dad's nod of approval which isn't easy and dealt with some interesting characters in the family with such humour!
Ashley's Assistant was so wonderful as well! And although both were on top of every single detail I never felt they were in the way or intruding on anything. We even had a hornet infestation in the bridal suite and Ashley handled that in under 15 minutes without any panic!
She dealt with live music artists, challenging communication with a vendor, a groom and family who HATES photos, a unconventional wedding entrance, many deliveries, florals that fell apart with the wind (my fault!) and many more moving parts I don't even know about!
And finally, the big hurrah: THE ENTIRE DAY WAS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! How is that even possible??? In my experience, that's unheard of on wedding days!

Wow! We should have contacted Ashley way sooner. As a project manager I thought I had this down but Ashley made our lives so easy and wonderful through what was one of the most beautiful days of our lives. Ashley and Velvet Bordeaux Events immediately put us at ease. Her bubbly and caring personality on top of her super organized and well connected network of vendors made it easy to plan our whole wedding. We went with the month of and day of plans but Ashley was there for us way before. Thank you Ashley! -

I highly recommend working with Ashley for your wedding. From start to finish she went over and above to ensure the day went smoothly. If I hadn't been working with such a competent planner I would have been more stressed and wouldn't have enjoyed the day nearly as much as I did.
So many of our guests commented on how nicely things flowed at our wedding and this was all because of Ashley! My sister is getting married next year and will be working with her too.
