  I cannot recommend Libby from Upon Occasion enough! She helped plan our wedding on June 21, 2024 and made the entire experience stress-free and unforgettable.

  We just got married this past June and worked with Libby. Libby with us from the start! She was absolutely amazing to work with and our wedding wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without her! Aside from being the absolute best and so much fun to work with, Libby had incredible attention to detail throughout the whole planning process and especially on the day of the wedding! She helped us select all our vendors, offered consultation for colors pallets and designs, negotiated with our vendors, made sure all our scheduling was perfect for the day off, juggled all vendors we were working...   Libby was our month of coordinator for our wedding. When we started planning our wedding I never realized how many little details there were to planning the big day, when Libby and I first spoke, I thought to myself... "it can't be that hard!"; boy was I wrong! After meeting a couple of times with Libby I realized the devil is truly in the details and had it not been for Libby I don't think we would have been able to have the amazing stress-free wedding that we did.   Libby was our month of coordinator for our wedding. When we started planning our wedding I never realized how many little details there were to planning the big day, when Libby and I first spoke, I thought to myself... "it can't be that hard!"; boy was I wrong! After meeting a couple of times with Libby I realized the devil is truly in the details and had it not been for Libby I don't think we would have been able to have the amazing stress-free wedding that we did. Even with month of coordination we started working with Libby a few months before the big day; in every appointment she was patient, understanding and explained exactly what we needed to set us up for success. She always went above and beyond for us and I knew that with Libby in the drivers seat, everything would be perfect!! She isn't just a wedding planner, but she is truly an amazing person; she cares about each and every single one of her clients. On the day of, everyone kept telling me how surprised they were at how calm I was, and Libby was the reason for that! If you are ever doubting whether you need a wedding planner or month of coordinator... the answer is that you need Libby; you will have a much more enjoyable day.

  A true social butterfly with years of wedding industry experience, Libby has connections with all of the top vendors across Canada. From our venue (Four Seasons Hotel Toronto) to the band (Sole Power Live), photographer (Purple Tree), videographer (Hidden Light Films), stationery (So Pretty In Print), décor/flowers (R5 Event Design), and more, Libby helped us secure it all! She worked hard to negotiate our contracts to ensure we kept within our budget. She also helped us build an incredible event day itinerary, oversaw all logistics, and reassured us that everything would run as smoothly as possible and be perfect on the wedding day.
  
  Best of all, Upon Occasion offered hands-on support and guidance throughout the entire planning process. She was there whenever we needed her and was always more than happy to answer any questions.   Libby is the best in the industry!!! We can not speak any higher about her!!! She made our day perfect and so smooth. We are of different backgrounds and Libby did a great job of making sure there was a perfect balance of all our cultures and being a peace marker when needed. From the first meeting it felt like she was part of the family and made us super comfortable. Libby knows all the best vendors that worked for our budget and made our day super beautiful.   I don’t have enough words to describe how great of a wedding planner Libby was. From when we first met to discuss my wedding vision, I had told her how important it was for me to have everything planned in a way where I could take in every moment of the entire day without having to worry about the little things that needed to get done. This is exactly the type of experience I had on my wedding day and I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else to go through the planning process with. We got amazing compliments from our guests on how seamless the night went! If you are questioning whether you need a wedding planner of not for your big day, trust me you not only need one, but you need Libby. She is an absolute superstar!!
