Seamless experience!
We worked with Trade Sensations as coffee cart vendors at a wedding and had a great experience with Debbie and Melissa. The team was organized, communicative, and genuinely cared about creating an incredible experience for both their clients and their vendors.
Everything ran smoothly on the day of the event, which allowed us to focus on serving great coffee and connecting with guests. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness made them an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend partnering with Trade Sensation Events! -

We hired Trade Sensations Events & Co. for our wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier with the service! Justin Bueno, our planner, was absolutely incredible—detail-oriented, organized, and energetic! He was fantastic at communicating with our vendors and ensured everything went off without a hitch. We would hire him again in a heartbeat!
For our Hindu ceremony, we had the added support of Pavan, who was a huge help with his knowledge of what needed to be done. We also had a student, Nicole, who took great initiative with table setups and helped ensure everything was perfectly arranged.
One small drawback was the absence of the two notion baskets for both the ladies' and men’s bathrooms, which were part of the package and meant to match our color theme. We were looking forward to that detail, but unfortunately, they weren’t provided.
Additionally, we were asked for a tip at the end, which felt a bit unexpected. We believe tips should be optional and given directly to the planners and assistants who worked hard during the day, rather than covering any administrative fees. Those fees should be included in the overall price, which we had already paid for the 'Full Day Wedding Coordination' package.
Despite these minor issues, we were very happy with the overall experience and highly recommend Trade Sensations, especially Justin, for their excellent service and support on our special day! -

We are so happy to have hired them for our special day! Debbie was truly amazing at her job. She really took care of everything for us, of course with the assistance of Pavan. Though there was some hiccups along the way, Debbie was on top of it all and made sure we didn't worry about a thing. Thank you again for making our day as smooth as possible! -

We used Trade Sensation for our August 2024 wedding, they helped make my wedding absolutely magical. I hired them for a day of coordinating, and got so much more. They got involved with my event a couple of months before our big day, they put together a timeline and documents to provide to all my vendors. They made sure that my day went smoothly. Everything arrived on time. They conducted the event with the grace of an orchestra conductor. On my team I had Samantha and Pave, who are absolutely fabulous, and Carla, who owns the company, took a very hands-on interest in our wedding and made sure everything went above and beyond our expectations. I would recommend Trade Sensation do anyone looking to have peace of mind on their wedding day. -

Justin and the team were so amazing. I left them in a space that was full of DIY candles, flowers, place cards etc etc and they completely transformed the space. Any changes, no matter how last minute, we’re done without a hitch. Of any advice I would recommend to people planning their wedding, it would be to hire these guys
