We absolutely loved working with Afzia! She brought such a calm, cheerful energy to everything, and it honestly made the whole experience feel so much smoother. Any time we forgot something (which happened more than once!), Afzia had us covered with backups like it was no big deal. She was incredibly thoughtful and attentive to all the little details we probably would’ve missed, and her recommendations were always spot-on. Overall, we felt totally supported from start to finish. We’d absolutely recommend Afzia, thanks again for all your hard work! -

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Afzia for nearly two years to plan our wedding, and we can honestly say that having her by our side made the entire process so enjoyable, organized, and stress-free. From the very first meeting, she was welcoming, warm, and genuinely interested in our vision for the big day!
One of the things we loved most about working with Afzia was her perfect balance of offering expert suggestions and recommendations, while also respecting our ideas and vision. She knew exactly when to step in with valuable advice (like vendor recommendations) and when to step back and allow us to take the reins on decisions that were important to us. She helped us remain true to what we wanted while also guiding us through the process with ease.
It is also to be noted that Afzia has incredible connections with amazingly talented vendors in the tri-city and surrounding regions, which made everything so much easier!
We can’t stress enough how invaluable having a wedding planner is—no amount of money will ever compare to the peace of mind Afzia provided. Her experience and calm presence made all the difference on the day of our wedding. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing that everything was taken care of with precision and care.
Afzia is a true professional – incredibly down-to-earth and kind, which made her the perfect fit for our celebration. Now that the wedding is over, we genuinely miss our monthly chats! Choosing Style & Elegance Wedding and Events was one of the best decisions that we made through our entire wedding process.
As a full-time working bride with a hectic schedule and multiple weddings to attend in 2024, I knew I needed someone to help make my wedding vision a reality. The most common advice I received from past brides was to "enjoy the day," but I wondered how that would be possible while trying to manage all the moving pieces of my own wedding. That’s when my husband and I decided to hire a wedding planner—and we are so glad we chose Afzia.
From the moment we started working together, Afzia’s professionalism, organization, and dedication were evident. We had nearly two years to plan, and throughout that time, she was with us every step of the way. Whether it was answering emails, coordinating with other vendors, or helping me make tough decisions, no question was too big or too small. Afzia was always responsive and thoughtful, and I never once felt alone in the process.

I’m still floating on cloud nine after our incredible wedding on August 30th, and I owe so much of that to Afzia, our wedding coordinator. If you’re searching for someone who combines impeccable organizational skills with a genuine passion for making your big day perfect, look no further—Afzia is your dream come true.
From our very first meeting, Afzia’s warmth and enthusiasm were evident.
She listened intently to our vision, offering thoughtful suggestions that only enhanced our ideas. Her attention to detail is nothing short of magical. She anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them, and every aspect of our wedding day unfolded seamlessly.
From the moment she checked in with us in the morning, I knew the day would be taken care of. I did not feel any stress at all. She kept everyone on time and if things weren't on schedule or she felt like we didn't need to do things, she made sure to check in with us and we truly trusted her to take care of the day. She was able to check in with us 10 weeks before our wedding. She helped with the itinerary and was very responsive to emails/messages. She led our rehearsal and it was smooth, just like our wedding day.
She was able to decorate the reception space with my vision. I walked in and it was absolutely beautiful. By the end of the night, all I remember was dancing and taking a photo with Afzia before she left. My husband and I had the best wedding day and it was all thanks to Afzia!!!
In addition, she took all the behind the scenes photos and videos. When she sent me the link to look through them, it was like I was in that moment again. I am grateful for these memories since we won't be getting our photos in a couple weeks.
