I want to preface this by saying I very rarely leave negative reviews, especially for small businesses, but I believe future brides should be aware so they don't go through the same disappointing experience that we did. We hired Siren Events for their day-of-coordination package based on their advertised services, but unfortunately, we were disappointed with our experience. Communication in the weeks leading up to the wedding was very slow — sometimes taking 3–5 days and multiple follow-ups to get a response, even 2 weeks before the wedding. I brought up this concern with Meagan, who apologized and agreed this was not acceptable, but communication continued to be slow. A few of our vendors also mentioned no one from Siren Events had reached out to them at all prior to the wedding. Their day of service advertises help/support the month before your wedding, and this was not delivered.
On the wedding day itself, many details we had gone over in our final meeting were missed, décor wasn’t set up correctly, and information was clearly not passed on to the coordinator on-site. The coordinator who was there on our wedding day wasn't present at the final details meeting, and details were either missed or not communicated clearlty to her. Our contract clearly stated that two coordinators would be present, but we only saw one, which is not only misleading but a breach of the contract we signed. We also found that the coordinator we were assigned (not Meagan, I don't believe she was there at all) at times was absent when needed or asking our wedding party to step in to help when they were already busy.
I had hired a day-of-coordinator so that I could feel less stressed and enjoy my day, but unfortunately I didn’t feel supported in that way at all. I contacted Meagan afterwards with my concerns but haven't heard back from her at all at this point. -

We cannot recommend Meagan from Siren Events highly enough! She made our wedding day run absolutely seamlessly. From the moment the day began, she was checking in on both the bride and groom, making sure we were calm, comfortable, and fully present for every moment. When the groom’s button fell off—not once, but twice—Meagan was right there with a needle and thread, ready to fix it without missing a beat. Her attention to detail, calm demeanor, and genuine care truly went above and beyond. We are so grateful to have had her by our side! -

Meagan, the owner and lead planner at Siren Events is incredible. She made sure my day went so smoothly, from picking up all of our florals and pinning the bouts on the boys, to setting up our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces, to tearing down our reception space at the end of the night. She is so knowledgeable of the various venues she coordinates at frequently which was such an immense help for us. So so appreciate her guidance and how she handled everything on the day of so I didn’t have to. Highly highly recommend, she is a gem! Bonus points: she will also be your hype woman!! Thank you for everything Meagan 🥰 -

From the start you could tell Meagan is extremely good at what she does! She was super responsive and helped us with any questions or concerns we had. She provided a lot of her own decor which was super helpful as well as set up and tore down the decor we brought. I gave her all my inspo on what I wanted for decor which on the day she made her own decisions to change some things which I was fine with. She ran the show on our day ! I would have been even more stressed if we didn’t hire her , I knew she was going to take care of everything and we trusted her 100% she felt like a friend at the end of the night. I would 100% reccomend her to anyone
