To whom it may concern,

Recently, I was throwing a surprise 50th birthday party for my fiancée…well let’s just say that I quickly realized I was in way over my head…I was discussing how hard to find a venue of some kind, and how I also had an unfinished guest list and short deadline. Like every other guy I was overwhelmed to say the least, anyway a coworker asked me if i thought of the help of a Wedding/Party planner, honestly no I hadn’t really thought about it actually, so he gave me a card. I took the card and a chance…👍🏻 I’m sure glad I did, I contacted a woman named Raeleen and she quickly put my mind and anxiety to rest, I gave her the reins and she delivered wonderfully. It was a 70’s themed event down to the music play list, she thought of everything…she definitely knocked it out of the park. I couldn’t thank her enough as I was definitely a hero for such a successful event, unfortunately I couldn’t take any credit other then making the call and taking a chance…deadlines were short, guest lists incomplete and a few other issues and Raeleen took it all and extinguished any fires I had started…lol, I honestly would have paid double. Her professional attitude and calming demeanour were definitely welcomed. I felt at ease as she took over and made it happen…I can’t thank Raeleen enough for the fantastic job she did in such a short time, I highly recommend her if you have a Party or Wedding to plan! Thanks again

Raeleen and Alain were amazing they did everything that I wanted to make my dreams come true. Raeleen even stepped in to take care of a situation. She was amazing even sneaking in Taylor Swift ideas in the venue decor

I could not have been happier with the R&A team at my wedding. They arrived and instantly went to work setting up some decor. They made my tables look absolutely beautiful.
We had a mishap with our photographer and she left. Raeleen’s quick problem solving skills made it so we still managed to get photos of the night/reception. This mishap would have affected us a lot more if it weren’t for the amazing team we hired. I will recommend them to everyone I know getting married!

After my first call with Raeleen, I knew I was in good hands. She was knowledgeable, professional and kind. When preparing for a wedding, the stress is so high to get everything perfect and I knew having Raeleen there meant it would be perfect! We had multiple phone calls before the big day and she always accommodated my new ideas. On the day-of she made sure everything was in line and it went off without a hitch! When there was any uncertainty she stepped in and knew exactly what to do. She thought of everything possible. The biggest thing was I wanted to enjoy my day instead of constantly worrying and she made that possible. I could not have been happier!

I've attended a wedding that was coordinated and DJ'd by R&A Events. They did a fantastic job with the decor, everything was very organized. The bride and groom were extremely happy with all their services. Would highly recommend and I plan on using Raeleen and her team for my wedding.

R&A Events was fantastic to work with. Raeleen provided us with Day-Of Coordination, as well as renting us some of her decor which helped us elevate our day. Not only was she a great day-of coordinator, but she also provided us with servers and bartender for our backyard cottage wedding. Raeleen was very responsive and easy to work with, and has some great experience with coordinating events. She was a pleasure to work with and we appreciated all of her efforts!
