We are so grateful for Sydney! She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was seamless and stress-free. From managing all the little details behind the scenes to ensuring everything ran perfectly, she gave us the gift of being fully present and able to enjoy our day. What really stood out was her thoughtfulness; even after the celebration she took the time to drop our decor back at our house, which was such a huge help. Her professionalism, kindness, and care truly exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend her highly enough! -

Sydney is truly an exceptional wedding planner and I trust her so much that I recommended her to my best friend for her wedding!
After our very first discovery call, I hung up, turned to my fiancé, and said, “We don’t need to look any further... we’ve found the perfect wedding planner, and I don’t want anyone else!” From that moment, her passion for weddings, her deep experience in creating unforgettable days (from both the guest and the bride & groom's perspectives), and the thoughtful questions and suggestions she offered (many of which we’d never even considered) immediately gave us the confidence that we were in the best hands.
She helped us keep things within budget by suggesting local vendors that were price competitive, but still delivered excellent service. She walked us through several different venue options and helped us make our final decision (which was perfect). She listened carefully to our preferences, style choices and vision for the wedding so that when it came down to making game-day decisions on decor and setup the day of the wedding, everything was just perfect and as if I had done it myself. She truly brought our vision to life, and managed to find solutions to several weather-related challenges that we had to face. I don't think anyone thinks faster on her feet than Sydney!
Her planning templates and wedding documentation kept us organized, informed and on schedule right from our first kick-off meeting all the way to our wedding day.
Our wedding was truly the best day—better than we could have ever dreamed—and so much of that is thanks to Sydney’s hard work and steady hands. Other than saying yes to my fiancé, saying yes to Sydney was the best decision we made!
Our wedding was three days ago so I don't have pictures yet, but when I do, I hope I can come back and add them!! -

Sydney and her team at Powerful Moments Events were absolutely incredible throughout the process of planning our wedding. We hired them for day of coordination. Communication was always seamless and they were so open to asking questions before the official handover meeting whenever I was unsure of anything! Our rehearsal and day of the wedding was run by Alex and it was done so amazingly well. The day ran so smoothly and she kept track of what felt like a million small details to make sure everything got done! They are so dedicated to what they do and are willing to go above and beyond, and it was so, so appreciated. Thank you so much Alex and Sydney!!! -

Sydney was hands down the best day-of wedding planner we could have ever asked for. From the very beginning, she was calm, organized, and completely on top of every detail. She made sure all the vendors knew the timeline, stayed on schedule, and handled everything behind the scenes so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
More importantly, Sydney was a huge emotional support for us. She helped us navigate the inevitable wedding day anxiety and even managed to keep things smooth despite some family drama. Her steady presence, professionalism, and kindness made all the difference.
Honestly, without Sydney, our wedding would not have been what it was—or might not have happened at all. She truly made the day perfect, and we are so grateful we had her by our side.

Sydney is an absolute pleasure to work with- from the moment we first reached out to her, she was attentive, supportive, and very kind to us. We hired Sydney for the month of coordination package and were blown away by her organization, communication, and professionalism. Sydney and her team helped us with our set up and take down on our wedding day and went above and beyond to make our dream wedding a reality. She collaborated so well with all of our vendors and ensured everyone had a flawless, magical experience. From helping bustle my dress, to playing DJ, to building a cozy fire, there is nothing she can't do!
