Olivia is calm, chill, and professional. I worked alongside her as a wedding photographer, and I really enjoyed it, Olivia made sure everything ran so smoothly for the couple, and truly anticipated their needs, the timeline felt seamless and everything went smoothly. The wedding was so beautiful and her hard work was evident throughout. -

We hired Olivia to do set up and take down of the reception hall. I also needed her to pick up the donuts the morning of the wedding and bring them to the venue. Olivia was always friendly and quick to reply to emails. She is very organized. If I had the budget I would have used every last one of her services. Damn do I hate wedding planning! I would have trusted her completely to get my day right. We went over the decor set up in the rehearsal and she was detailed and friendly as always. I did a pretty good job of organizing my decor to make it easier for her to know what to do the day of. When I arrived at the hall the tables were set up perfectly, and she arranged everything in a better way than I had imagined. Everything was just lovely. Thank you Olivia! -

The best experience with any vendor I have had was with Olivia-
There are not enough words to describe the perfection Olivia is. Look no where else when needing ANYTHING for your wedding because Liv is beyond incredible. Seriously, hire her for all your events if you can. We had the most amazing wedding day and experience because of her. She is meticulous to all detail, extremely organized, a powerful force of nature in getting things done for you and so expertly planned and knowledgeable of how and what to do no matter what happens on your special day. She is everything! We can’t thank her enough for before, during and after our wedding as she went out of her way for us and made us feel extremely special ❤️ The best event planner Edmonton has to offer for sure. -

Hiring Olivia was the BEST decision we made for our wedding! She took the stress of the day off us completely and allowed us to soak up every minute of our wedding day knowing everything would be taken care of. We used Olivia as our "day-of" coordinator but she helped us out so much earlier than that with advice and speaking to our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. I am very much a perfectionist and she made every vision I had for our wedding day come to life! -

Olivia is AMAZING! THE BEST! Seriously - look no further and just book her!! We wanted to book a wedding coordinator to help take some stress off of us for the day of. Our day went so smoothly thanks to her - she handled everything, helped with things we hadn't thought of, and even helped with mini meltdowns from the flower girl and ring bearer ;) Olivia also did our decor set up and take down, which was STUNNING, and our drink ticket sales! She is super responsive, supportive, and has the best vision and advice! I couldn't recommend her more - she was perfect! -

Day of Coordinator (and more!!)
Olivia is very personable, knowledgeable in the wedding industry and very organized. With multiple postponements and changes during covid having a Olivia as a coordinator stayed constant. She was always a text or email away and had no problem helping/answering all our questions and giving great advice when we were stuck. We wanted a wedding coordinator so we didn’t have to stress about anything on our day of, and she did exactly that and more. I would absolutely recommend Olivia!! -
