  Decor and set up

  I found Olivia through social media and I am so grateful for stumbling on her page. When we started planning our wedding in 2021 we didn’t have any thoughts about needing help with day of, or set up, take down etc. However due to our wedding being in a restaurant we couldn’t get access to set up the night before. This is where Olivia came in. She has such an amazing variety of services including set up and take down and I knew after seeing her pictures and reviews that I could trust her in bringing my vision to life. I am very type A and letting someone else take my vision in their hands was a little daunting but Olivia made me feel so comfortable! We had FaceTime meetings, kept in touch via email and social media and met with the venue to go over all the details. Her and her team were beyond amazing. I would recommend her for any of your wedding planning or decorating needs. She truly felt like a close friend by the end of it all and those are the people you need on the most important, stressful and likely expensive day of your life. She will be my go to for all party and event needs and recommendations!

  We hired Olivia to do set up and take down of the reception hall. I also needed her to pick up the donuts the morning of the wedding and bring them to the venue. Olivia was always friendly and quick to reply to emails. She is very organized. If I had the budget I would have used every last one of her services. Damn do I hate wedding planning! I would have trusted her completely to get my day right. We went over the decor set up in the rehearsal and she was detailed and friendly as always. I did a pretty good job of organizing my decor to make it easier for her to know what to do the day of. When I arrived at the hall the tables were set up perfectly, and she arranged everything in a better way than I had imagined. Everything was just lovely. Thank you Olivia!

  The best experience with any vendor I have had was with Olivia-

  There are not enough words to describe the perfection Olivia is. Look no where else when needing ANYTHING for your wedding because Liv is beyond incredible. Seriously, hire her for all your events if you can. We had the most amazing wedding day and experience because of her. She is meticulous to all detail, extremely organized, a powerful force of nature in getting things done for you and so expertly planned and knowledgeable of how and what to do no matter what happens on your special day. She is everything! We can’t thank her enough for before, during and after our wedding as she went out of her way for us and made us feel extremely special ❤️ The best event planner Edmonton has to offer for sure.

  Since I wasn't sure if I would be able to decorate my reception venue the day before my wedding and I didn’t want to get family decorating it the day of, I decided to hire Olivia and I’m so glad I did! If you're looking for a co-ordinator or decorator, Olivia is your girl! She is extremely responsive (which I LOVE when dealing with vendors) and we even set up a Zoom meeting just to meet face to face. She did an amazing job and really understood the "look" I was going for, just based off of some photos I sent her. When we got to the Polish Hall, everything looked better than I imagined. This took a huge weight off my shoulders because I didn’t even have to think twice about the decor. We just showed up and everything was PERFECT! At the end of the night, she came back to do the tear down, which saved us so much time when we came back to pick up all of our decor.   Wedding Day Management

  Olivia was our day of coordinator for our wedding on July 10th 2021 and she was hands down the best investment of our wedding.
  I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without her guidance and support throughout the whole process. We changed reception venues due to covid and Olivia was so helpful with finding a new space and reassuring us along the way. She was always there to talk, text or email when I had a concern or questions. She did all our set up and tear down and it turned out absolutely beautiful. She has such a calming presence and she ensured that the day went by seamlessly. If there were any hiccups I was blissfully unaware. On our wedding day we were able to just relax and enjoy the day knowing Olivia was there taking care of all the behind the scenes. If you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed about your wedding I would absolutely recommend Olivia!

  Olivia is Magic

  Our wedding day was pure magic, and we have Olivia to thank for so much of that. We originally hired Olivia to coordinate our traditional wedding planned for the summer of 2021. COVID-19 had other plans. We changed our 120 person event in Edmonton to an intimate elopement in Lake Louise, trading in a big dinner for a mountainside picnic. We needed help and Olivia stepped up for us big time. She was on board, working fast to identify vendors and secure rentals. She travelled, with her family, from Edmonton to Lake Louise to do the entire set up and take down, including picking items up from our home, from a rental shop in Calgary, and from our hotel the day of. She worked virtually with our photographer, who she’d never met, to find the perfect location. Though we were an hour late (sorry Olivia!) she greeted us with genuine happiness for our marriage, and stood by to execute every single detail. Then she packed it all up, making the long journey back to Edmonton with her family in tow, including a stop for the rentals return in Calgary. Olivia took all of the stress and contemplation of the planning completely off our plate. We know how incredibly qualified, dedicated and good she is at her work, so it was easy to hand it over completely and not have to worry or busy ourselves. She worked so well with our photographer you would have thought they were old friends. Her husband and daughter were along for the ride, and were just as lovely and kind as she is. We are now planning our reception for 2022, and are so happy and relieved to know we have Olivia to guide us through it all. I cannot say enough how important having a wedding coordinator and planner on your team is for making your day effortless and enjoyable. Even better if you can manage to secure Olivia’s services. She is a treasure.

  You Need Olivia in Your Wedding Life!!

  It's too bad we can only rate Olivia’s services out of 5 stars, because we’d give her 10! After seeing how well she coordinated our close friends’ wedding a few years ago, it was a no-brainer that we needed her talent and skills to help with our big day too. Olivia was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and she was able to help the bride keep a level head with all of the Alberta summer Covid uncertainty. She got us in contact with a very last minute rental request and even came with us 15 days before our wedding to help scope out our eventual reception venue. While we originally booked her solely for Day-Of Coordination, we ended up also booking her set-up and tear-down services and BOY was it the best thing that we did. We gave Olivia our ideas for how we wanted our decor set up, and she blew us away with her awareness and attention to detail (it turned out more beautiful than we could have ever done ourselves). She handled all correspondence between our other vendors and made sure everyone was doing what they needed to do. It was also such a perfect day, and if anything went wrong - we didn’t know about it!
  
  Olivia definitely was the hero of our day, and her name will always be the first words out of our mouths after congratulating a newly engaged couple. Thank you, Olivia!

  Best decision ever

  Hiring Olivia was the BEST decision we made for our wedding! She took the stress of the day off us completely and allowed us to soak up every minute of our wedding day knowing everything would be taken care of. We used Olivia as our "day-of" coordinator but she helped us out so much earlier than that with advice and speaking to our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. I am very much a perfectionist and she made every vision I had for our wedding day come to life!

  Hire olivia

  We hired Olivia in summer 2020 for day-of wedding coordination. We switched venues when we rescheduled due to COVID and we were looking for someone to help us get our ducks in a row on the day of the wedding as our new venue didn't offer any on-site event support. At the time we had no idea the incredible support Olivia would provide us over the next year.
  
  Olivia braved the COVID storm with us like an absolute rockstar. She truly is unflappable. She helped me arrange floor plan, after floor plan, after floor plan. She was so flexible when we changed our date...again. She set up video calls with us to review our questions, concerns, and the latest restrictions. She did all of this while she worked in the background with our venue to make sure every piece was in place to go forward if restrictions allowed.
  
  The May 2021 3 week lockdown forced us to change wedding plans once again and we decided to cancel our original wedding plans and elope in Jasper. We didn't end up using Olivia's services as a day of coordinator, but she didn't mind ONE BIT. In fact, she sent us champagne and chocolate on our wedding day.
  
  Olivia was truly so much more than a wedding planner. She was a friend (and therapist lol) when we needed her most. Olivia, we will never be able to express how much we appreciate the time you took with us. If you are looking for someone to plan your wedding the BEST thing you can do is phone Olivia.
