I can’t recommend Michaela enough! From the very first consultation to the big day, she made everything so easy and stress free. Her planners are user friendly and kept us in line. Her attention to detail was incredible and she listened and provided feedback to all of our ideas, helping our visions come to life! Michaela is incredibly organized, keeping everything on track and was always available to answer questions. On our wedding day, Michaela orchestrated everything, from food to flowers and from the wedding party to the venue staff - she handled it all! It truly was a flawless experience and absolutely would suggest you book with her if you’re looking for someone that truly cares and will deliver an unimaginable experience! -

Our wedding day had a lot going on (ie. going from place to place in a very short amount of time with a very busy schedule). But then Michaela swooped in and made everything work! At one point, she even found out that we were missing a key ingredient in our groom drink and went out to LCBO to grab it for us! I honestly do believe that without her running the show in the background, the day might have fallen apart. There were so many moving pieces and she ensured the day ran as smoothly as it could have. Thank you, Michaela! -

Michaela was our day of coordinator and she did a great job! It took so much stress off me to know she was behind the scenes the whole day making sure everything from set up to tear down went smoothly. I was able to just enjoy my day and live in the moment because we had her ! Highly recommend. -

Couldn’t have dreamed up a better planner!
Michaela was not only professional and attentive but made our special day more relaxing than I ever could have imagined. She paid attention to detail and asked all the right questions. She gave great suggestions. I felt that she did so much planning and corresponding with me before the big day, that when the day came I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Thank you for making our day so easy and so amazing. -

Michaela was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! I had a very DIY wedding with a lot of moving parts (literally) and she made magic happen! Michaela was very responsive, organized and approachable throughout the entire process. She made sure everyone knew what they were doing at the rehearsal and explained things so I went into the wedding day feeling calm and confident. Michaela set up all my decorations, making it more beautiful than I could have imagined and packaged all my personal belongings at the end of the night. There were so many things that I wasn't aware of (including no one knowing how to pin a boutonniere - see Michaela featured in our photos!) and all my family said was "Oh Michaela took care of that" - she really took all pressure off of us! Couldn't recommend enough! -

Amazing Experience!
I apologize for being so late with this review! I got married about a year and a half ago and made the best decision by selecting Michaela to be my day of coordinator :) She is Newmarket based and had experience working with our venue, Madison’s Greenhouse, which we thought would be perfect and so convenient for us!
I am I huge perfectionist and I love to DIY — so of course I decided to DIY the majority of the wedding decor. I had a particular vision in mind and I was nervous that it wouldn’t unfold the way I wanted it to, so I made a booklet of how I wanted everything set up and trusted Michaela to bring my vision to life — and wow, did she deliver! She set up everything exactly how I wanted it to look like and made adjustments in the best way possible when things couldn’t go my way. She knew her stuff, had a lot of tips up her sleeve, and was prepared with everything that I didn’t know I needed. She was easy to communicate with and planning my day in the weeks prior was a breeze with her. She also worked great with my vendors and the wedding party! My wedding day was so beautiful and I cannot thank Michaela enough for all of her hard work and taking the stress off my back. Definitely recommend!! :) -
