Working with Michaela to plan our wedding was such a wonderful experience! She is warm, kind, organized and so much fun to work with. From the beginning Michaela really "got" our style and who we are as a couple, and was able to advocate for us and our vision. She is very experienced and was able to think of details and logistics that wouldn't have even crossed my mind. Her organizational templates and vendor recommendations were incredible as well. I can't say enough for how amazing Michaela was on the day of the wedding. She was calm which helped keep us calm as well. I was not aware of any problems or stresses the day of the wedding because Michaela handled them completely. We were truly able to enjoy every moment of the day. Thank you so much!

Michaela knew exactly what to do and how to guide us on the wedding day, and even before, she really helped us feel that everything was taken care of. She made sure that the bride's voice was heard and everything ran smoothly and efficiently.

An expert in her field!
We hired Michaela as our day-of-coordinator and she did not disappoint! Her and her assistant were able to set up all of our decor with little guidance and ensured that everything went smoothly on our wedding day! My husband and I were totally hands off on and were able to enjoy our wedding day. Michaela has expertise in the industry and had already worked with some of our vendors which also made the day run perfectly. Highly recommend!

Hiring Michaela was the best decision!
I can’t say enough about Michaela! We hired her as our “day of wedding co-ordinator” for our daughter’s wedding. Michaela took all the stress off of the wedding day. From setting up the decor to tearing down and ensuring the day of time line went as planned. The day went perfectly without a glitch (with the exception of weather which she handled the necessary changes to accommodate the rain). Michaela allowed us to enjoy the wedding and not have to worry about all the “behind the scenes”. Michaela was a joy to work with and I can’t thank her enough!

My partner and I got married in August 2022 and were recommended Michaela from our Brother and Sister in Law. She was so helpful, knowledgeable and helped make the whole process fun and easy! Michaela was amazing to work with!
We had such an amazing experience working with Michaela! We hired her as our day of coordinator and she did not disappoint. She ran us through all the plans during our rehearsal and even gave us great advice to consider. On the day she was always there when you needed her. She set up all our decor so beautifully, made sure the whole day ran smoothly, and packed up things near the end of the evening for easy pick up the next day. Our whole day was stress free and went so smoothly and we owe a lot of that to Michaela. She is so organized and such a pro at her job - but she is also such a sweet individual, always smiling and really cares are her clients. Thank you so much Michaela!

Michaela was fantastic and went above and beyond for our wedding this August! She was detail oriented, calm, and professional. She made sure to think of things that I had totally overlooked! Super helpful and professional day-of service
We hired Michaela to be our day-of coordinator, and she was just fantastic. Very communicative beforehand with us and our vendors, so on the morning of our wedding we felt like things were very well taken care of so that we could relax & enjoy the day! It was at my parents' house, so they were especially happy to have someone who knew the schedule and could manage the vendors. Michaela was organized, so professional and helpful, and was always jumping in to do whatever was needed. Things popped up, but everything went smoothly. She would check in with me periodically, but otherwise was always behind-the-scenes making things happen. She also helped us set up stuff for our reception venue and coordinate our Grand Entrance. I can't imagine what not having her to help out would have been like! It took a lot of pressure off of us, and our bridal party & family. Big thanks!!!
I would very highly recommend Michaela for any event, she is a pro and a pleasure to work with.
