  10/10 would recommend!

  Working with Maddie was so wonderful, it was 100% worth the investment and we would do it again in a heartbeat. She was incredibly helpful in the lead-up to our wedding, and made us feel comfortable and confident that she would make our day a success. Everything looked amazing and ran so smoothly thanks to her and all of the work she put in, she truly helped us pull together the backyard cottage wedding of our dreams. It was so worthwhile to be able to enjoy our day without any stress and know that she would execute everything how we had envisioned. She is very knowledgeable about the industry and had lots of recommendations for vendors, decor, and all our little DIY projects. She is so friendly and truly dedicated to supporting her clients and helping them to plan the wedding day that they want. We got so many compliments from our family and friends about her and would definitely recommend her to other couples!

  A must have

  100% worth every penny!!! From beginning to end Maddie was there keeping me organized and on track. She checked in with us every few months to see where we were with planning and took as much time as needed to go over anything I was unsure of and any questions I had. I knew that our day would run smoothly because I had Maddie, she was the reason I was able to be so calm and present on the day of. I never worried about one detail of our day of coordination because she is so professional and confident! Not only does she execute beyond expectation but she is one of the kindest souls you will meet and always has a smile on her face. Every client is her favourite client and she really makes you feel loved on your wedding day. If you are debating hiring a planner.. DO IT! and hire Maddie, you will absolutely not be disappointed!

  Excellent service with Maddie Hockley's Partial Planning package

  My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Maddie and couldn't recommend her more highly. We had a private property wedding near Orillia and needed someone who had both experience with those kinds of events and good knowledge of vendors in the area. Maddie exceeded our expectations on both counts. Her recommendations for vendors were almost uniformly excellent and she helped us negotiate fair deals with all of them. With her Partial Planning package, she took the time to understand our idiosyncratic vision for our wedding and helped us execute on it. Throughout, she was good-humoured, candid and never less than an absolute pleasure to work with. In a few complicated situations, she was professional and deftly navigated us through them. On the day of, she worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly. The wedding was a smashing success thanks in large part to her efforts. We are thrilled we chose her and would endorse you doing the same. Thanks, Maddie!

  Beyond Amazing!!!

  Maddie is absolutely incredible. She is a true professional and we would not have been able to get through our wedding planning process/ day without her! Her proactive planning and attention to detail made our day so seamless and she went above and beyond to make sure our vision came to life. Whenever we had questions or hiccups along the way,Maddie was always there to provide her feedback, offer support and connect us with the right people. We debated whether or not we needed a wedding planner and I am so thankful we ended up going with Maddie. I could not speak more highly of Maddie and am so grateful for all she has done for us! We could not have asked for a better wedding planner!!!

  1000/10 would highly recommend

  Where to begin, without Maddie our day would not have been possible. She was professional, dedicated, a ray of sunshine and absolutely fantastic. She will go above and beyond, to sing baby shark for your toddler to get a good smiling pictures. I cannot recommend her enough. It’s always one of the first things out of my mouth about our wedding “I could not have done it without Maddie” constantly reassuring me she would take care of everything . She was there to be a firm back up when I wanted specific things ,our day was absolute perfection because of her.

  The best day of my life

  Maddie is seriously THE BEST.
  From start to finish, Maddie made everything about our wedding so effortless and relaxing.
  She has such a creative mind and was so easy to work with.
  I know our wedding would NOT have been the same without her!

  Ok, where to begin? The amount of compliments I could put in this review would probably crash googles servers. If you are on the edge about hiring a wedding coordinator. Stop thinking. Do it. You will not regret it. You can't put a price on the peace of mind Maddie was able to provide to my bride and me on our day. Not only was she incredible at negotiating and coordination all of our vendors (Food, venue, photographer, shuttle bus, the list goes on...) but she was able to catch issues with our planning well before they became problems. Without her, our guests would have had to drink wine right from the bottle!! Words don't even come close to expressing my gratitude for the lovely human, so I will just end this review by saying Thank you for making our day, absolute perfection. We will never forget it.

  Best Wedding Planner!!

  Maddie was such an important part of our perfect day! Her guidance during our preparation helped us make the big decisions with confidence and in the weeks right before our wedding, she took care of all the details. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything went smoothly! It was stress-free and the most memorable and fun day of our life and Maddie was the one that made it happen!
  
  Working with Maddie was a true pleasure. She was friendly and supportive right from the get-go and took the time to understand our vision for the wedding. Maddie was very organised and kept us informed on all the items. We never had to worry about missing anything as she had us covered on all fronts.
  
  Maddie was absolutely one of our most valued vendors (our "MVP" 😉) on our wedding day. She provided us with a lot of great suggestions for the day while still respecting the budget we had set out. Her recommendations for the vendors were one of the best people in the industry and we were very happy with their services.
  
  Maddie was also responsible for the design of the wedding decor, and she executed on it with perfection. We loved that she incorporated all aspects of our vision, and the outcome was better than we had even imagined. We loved her great energy & enthusiasm, kindness, professionalism, and appreciation for other vendors in the industry.
  
  We had a million great ideas but had a hard time seeing everything coming together and running smoothly. Maddie took care of all of this, she made sure that everything planned happened and ran on time. We had been wanting to get married for a while and we didn't know where to start. Maddie listened to our hopes and wishes for the day and provided us with incredible support, guidance and peace of mind along the way. She helped keep us not only on track but on budget. Maddie took the lead with our rehearsal and it couldn't have gone any smoother. It brought an immediate sense of relief and I had zero concerns for the big day which again was seamless! Our friends and family commented on how smoothly everything went and we will be highly recommending Maddie to anyone looking for help with planning their wedding. Maddie is also amazing with kiddos - our two year old walked down the aisle and I'm still in disbelief but I can tell you Maddie's calming presence and reassurance was felt by all!   Best decision ever! We could not have imagined our special day, nor the planning of our special day without Maddie. She is professional, realistic, organized, creative, reliable and understanding to say the least. Maddie helped us identify what was most important to us when allocating our budget funds in order to arrange everything that we wanted on our wedding day. My husband and I were married on a water access only property and with the help of Maddie we did not have to sacrifice anything. She researched vendors that were willing to travel to us and provided options for each vendor. Madeline Hockley Weddings has a very reputable reputation and all of our vendors were eager at the opportunity to work with Maddie.
