  Unforgettable

  I honestly can say that our wedding day would not have been what it was without Karthinka and her assistants. I booked the month of coordination but that didn’t stop Karthika from answering my questions and concerns via email months before the big day. She made and revised our day of itinerary numerous times to make sure it was perfect and ensured all of our vendors received a copy. It wasn’t just the big things but all the small things her and her staff did to make me feel so comfortable during the wedding. I needed something, it was there. Most brides can’t say their day went without problems but I am blessed and lucky enough to say that with Koral Lane events being such a big part of our wedding I do not think one thing went wrong.

  Truly amazing

  We got married exactly a year ago today. Karthika and Koral Lane Events team was our wedding day coordinator. They did an incredible job making our day worry-free and stress-free. Leading up to our special day, Karthika was very responsive and diligent. She was on top of everything, very passionate about her job, and really took the time to get to know us, know our vision and make our dreams come to reality. Thanks so much Karthika for allowing us to enjoy every minute of our special day because we knew our day would go by smoothly in your capable hands.

  Karthika was able to plan a surprise proposal for myself. I'm the type who always catches on surprises and for me to be still shocked shows something. She worked hard planning a proposal that fits with my fiancé ideas. She was able to get lights and decor to make the atmosphere romantic. Overall her dedication exceeds my expectations on how I would want to be proposed. I am just so happy and I can't thank her enough for what she did to make the night unforgettable. Thank you.

  Karthika was a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail, vision, and commitment to ensure that the surprise proposal went well was a huge success. All of this with only two days to get it all done. She works well under pressure and delivers on her promises. She ensures that she is there for every part of the event from the very beginning until it is finished. I would recommend her for all of your events if you want your event to stand out and have that "WOW" factor. Thanks again for everything Karthika!

She was there for every panic attack, question, disaster like situation. Her suggestions were always on point and I loved how she gave suggestions but was not pushy.   So if you're here reading this review you're probably considering hiring KLE to be your event planner. You don’t usually realize how much work and planning is involved with creating and executing a wedding until you get thrown into it. Having gone to many events and having her do my Engagement party last year let me tell you that you have no idea how stressful it can be and how easily things can go wrong without a wedding planner. Coordinating a 250+ person event and making sure everything runs smoothly without hiccups is extremely challenging and KLE made it look easy and took everything in stride. Karthika went above and beyond for my family and made sure my dream wedding ended up exactly how I wanted it to be. She makes sure its not just about making everything run smoothly but also about how the bride and groom re feeling and making sure they look sharp, and that everyone is having a spectacular time. The little details matter to her. When we first met with Karthika, she walked us through the entire wedding day, minute by minute. Not only did she help get all of us on the same page, she offered great suggestions, drawing on her experience of having planned and coordinated so many other weddings. If you have any worries at all on the day-of, she’ll take care of you and do whatever it takes to make sure its amazing. Her bubbly enthusiasm, friendliness, and professionalism stood out compared to other planners we had met over the past 2 years. She took the time to get to know us booth individually despite the distance (us being from New York, and she being in Canada) and made sure we had several skype meetings to discuss all the details. Her prompt responsiveness is rarity in this business and we felt lucky & comforted to know she was always there. Whenever we had a question or needed help with even little things, Karthika was never more than a phone call or whatsapp message away. Every time we met Karthika, she always helped to relieve some of the stress that comes along with the wedding planning process. Sooner than later we came to see Karthika not just as our wedding planner, but as our dear friend. As she loves to say she has quickly become my “life planner”. You should consider yourselves lucky if you have the chance to snatch her up to be your wedding planner. She made our wedding exactly what we hoped it would be. We even overheard one of our guests remark at the end of the day, "That was the best wedding I've ever been to...and I've been to a LOT of Tamil weddings." To me, that says it all!

  I hired Koral lanes for month and day of wedding planning. Best decision I ever made! Karthika was absolutely brilliant and really made the wedding day flawless. I couldn't have been happier and would highly recommend Koral Lanes for any and all event planning needs.

  We hired Karthika a month and a half before our wedding when it all started to get a little overwhelming. Planning an outdoor event for 150 people is no easy task especially when you have no previous experience doing so. My parents did everything they could to help us but it became quite stressful for them as well. This is when I decided we needed some professional help in order to make this day enjoyable for us. From the moment I received the first email back from Karthika I knew she was everything we needed. She was kind, understanding and definitely knew what she was doing. Later that week we met up and she instantly made my stress headache disappear. She asked all the right questions, took notes on all of my planning progress, and made me feel very comfortable and confident in her abilities. From that first meeting on, the wedding planning became much more enjoyable for my family and I. My dad says Karthika is his new favourite person, and he really isn't an easy person to impress! We got to start enjoying our time together getting all of the exciting details ready while Karthika spoke with vendors, confirmed rentals and made detailed itineraries for the big day. On our wedding day it poured rain, thundered and we had a tornado warning issued for our area - pretty much all of my worst nightmares come true for our outdoor wedding. Karthika and her team worked with my family and I to move the ceremony to the dining tent and ensure everything ran smoothly and everyone was safe and happy regardless of the weather. We ended up having the BEST day ever and I really think it wouldn't have been possible without Karthika's professional opinion and help. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping to make our day a success!
