When we first started planning our wedding, we thought we could do it all on our own… but as our vision grew, we quickly realized we needed someone extraordinary to help bring it to life. That’s when we met Karen and her KC Events team—and from that moment, we knew the day of our dreams wouldn’t have been possible without her.
Karen showed up with so much heart, genuine care, professionalism, and expertise right from the start. We looked forward to our biweekly and weekly calls with her, which were filled with the best brainstorming sessions, laughter, and meaningful conversations. She didn’t just help us plan a wedding—she took the time to truly get to know us so our day reflected our personalities, values, and families in the most authentic way.
Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness are extraordinary. She doesn’t miss a beat—and if you haven’t thought of something yet, chances are she already has, with the perfect solution ready to go. When it came to choosing our venue, we had big dreams of transforming the entire space, and Karen and her team exceeded our wildest expectations. We worked closely together for months on the reception design, and she introduced us to incredible vendors while always keeping our budget in mind.
We are beyond thankful for Karen and her team, and we would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or event of any size.

Planning a destination wedding from Saskatchewan to Vancouver with KC Events was the best decision we made!
Karen and her incredible team at KC Events made our dream wedding a reality in the most seamless, stress-free way imaginable. From the moment we signed our contract in March 2024, Karen was genuinely caring and invested in making our special day absolutely perfect.
Despite the distance, she and her team maintained constant communication through countless phone calls and in-person meetings. When we couldn’t visit The Loft at Earls Yaletown ourselves, Karen’s team became our eyes and ears, coordinating seamlessly with the venue manager and keeping us informed every step of the way.
The day of our wedding, we were blessed with an amazing team of four: Rachael, Mya, Bishen, and Kyle. These incredible people didn’t just work with us - they cared for us. They anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them, bringing us drinks, running errands, gently reminding us of the timeline, and even ensuring our wedding items made it safely back to our hotel. When last-minute guest count changes and unexpected hiccups arose, the team handled everything with such professionalism and grace that we barely noticed. They turned potential stress into seamless solutions, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our special day.
Meanwhile, Karen was checking on us from remote, making sure we felt supported and cared for throughout the entire process. Our family and guests couldn’t stop complimenting how beautifully and smoothly everything was executed. We felt zero stress or anxiety on what should have been the most important day of our lives. KC Events doesn’t just plan weddings - they create magical experiences while treating their clients like family. We have complete confidence that Karen and her team will go above and beyond for every couple they work with. The team’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine care shone through every interaction over the past year and a half of planning.

I don't even know where to begin; five stars just aren’t enough for this incredible group of people! From the initial meeting to our wedding day, they were there to guide us every step of the way. After a year of planning, Karen and her team felt like family, and I couldn't imagine planning my dream wedding without them. They have turned the planning process into an art form. As someone who "likes" to stress over the little things, they managed to make the weeks and days leading up to the wedding completely stress-free! We were able to enjoy the day with zero worries and were absolutely amazed by the execution of the event—it was beyond words, absolutely stunning! We can't recommend KC Events enough; I am so thankful I found them! -

Karen and her team are amazing! Professional, organized, flexible, good time management and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend their services! Anything you need they are there to support and guide. They will go to see vendors with you and have phone call meetings to build your perfect day. Can't praise them enough for all their hard great work!! -

I cannot recommend KC Events enough, they are absolutely amazing. Karen and James helped with our wedding day and done a phenomenal job, they took all my stress and worry away.
