Well, where do we start from? lol. We would love to say a big thank you to Uneku and Kauna Events for playing a pivotal role at The FavEWedding. Uneku was always available for our weekly meetings, and she came up with amazing ideas which we never imagined. She saved us money and time. Kauna Events team managed all our guests and vendors with love and care. Our guests and vendors still ask and talk about the smooth transitions from ceremony to cocktail, reception activities and traditional outfit changes all in one day. Wedding Coordinator Services
Uneku is warm, empathetic, organized and good vibes all around. We reached out to her 2 months before our wedding for her coordination service and honestly, having her the weeks leading up to our wedding was the biggest blessing/stress relief. She’s very professional and has a wealth of very helpful knowledge. Really glad we had her for the wedding.

We are so so grateful that we found Uneku and Kauna Events. Uneku was very friendly and a delight to plan our wedding with. She is very experienced with planning weddings, and luckily we had her experience save us the unnecessary stress and unplanned costs that comes with planning wedding. Our wedding turned out very beautiful with many positive remarks about our wedding planner. We have made new friends like family and we look forward to spending time with them! Most reliable, and professional event planner I have worked with. Took all our needs into consideration and pulled off an amazing surprise 50th party for my mom. Ben and I just wanted to extend our sincere and heartfelt thanks for playing such a large role in making our traditional wedding ceremony so wonderful. We really had the best day and night and you were truly integral to this. You were thorough, detail oriented and always so approachable. You worked so hard to work with us to find exactly what our family needed, whilst doing all this for us from afar as most of us were not in Toronto. We were all absolutely floored arriving at the venue and seeing the absolute magnificence you had organized for us. Very delightful experience from start to finish!
We wanted a planner who would really listen to our ideas for our big day and help us bring it to life. Kauna Events did an amazing job, even with some serious curveballs thrown at us during the planning and on the day of the wedding. Working with Kauna Events remains one of the best decisions that we made during the entire wedding planning period. Uneku was very professional, listened attentively to what we wanted, did her very best to carry out our wishes to the letter, worked very well with all our vendors - while planning an overseas wedding. Uneku was very patient with all the changes we had to make - date, venue, vendor changes - she took it all in her strides and gave us her very best. Her on-the-day coordination was executed beautifully, we didn't have to sweat the big or little stuffs. Uneku and her team handled all the details excellently. Thank you for being a part of our journey, and we look forward to planning more events together!!
We engaged Kauna Events after unsatisfying conversations with other vendors. The principal, Uneku, was well prepared for our initial consultation and we felt confident we were in good hands. Through the planning months, she was calm, had great ideas and worked with our budget. Fast forward to event day, she surpassed our expectations. She’s incredibly hardworking, polished and patient. She also showed really good taste and remarkable diplomacy navigating requests from a large family. She does her best for her clients in every capacity and is a positive and warm collaborator. She executed an elegant and classy celebration that my mom was delighted with and we’re still receiving compliments from the guests weeks later. I’m sure we’ll be calling Kauna Events for our next formal event.

10/10 - would absolutely recommend Kauna Events
Our experience with Uneku, who leads Kauna Events, was incredible. She is detailed, well connected and a good listener. She helped us plan our Toronto wedding in just under seven months and was an organizational hurricane -- she helped us stick to our budget with inexpensive but quality vendor recommendations, communicated with them constantly, held regular meetings with us keeping us on schedule, adjusted and re-adjusted to our constant changes and she did all this while listening to us, hearing our vision and executing on it.
Our wedding day was everything we could have hoped for and more. We were relaxed, we had fun, we enjoyed the moment. She had thought of everything so we didn't have to. Her attention to detail really shone through on that day and the compliments our guests left us are almost entirely due to the work she put in.
We would absolutely recommend Uneku and her team. We paid for a lot of vendors on the day, all of who helped make our day special but Kauna Events was absolutely the one we were most satisfied with.
