Heidi and team are the best!

Heidi was absolutely fantastic! She knew exactly what to do (and what not to do), and expertly organized our wedding evening with confidence and care. On the day of, I felt completely safe and secure in her and her team’s hands. Special shoutout to Amanda, who was on bride duty - she kept me calm, grounded, and sane throughout it all. Couldn’t recommend Heidi and her team more!

Good Wedding Planner

A bit expensive considering services were purchased for the day of, and not for planning the entire wedding. Heidi was not present for the day of,but her assistant ,Sam, was present. Sam was excellent. Also received a little help before/ had a couple meetings with Heidi. Provided good recommendations for vendors, and was organized

Excellent!

Heidi and her team are wonderful. After meeting with several wedding planner, we chose Heidi for her deep experience (which can’t be beat), wide network and confidence to tell us what will work vs what won’t. We wanted a wedding planner who would make us feel comfortable and assured that everything was covered - that was Heidi from Day 1. On our wedding day we had a few minor issues that came up unexpectedly, and Heidi and her team were on very on top of it. Everything was handled seamlessly, so that my wife and I could focus on the fun! Thanks again Heidi :)

With all of her years of experience, Heidi truly knows what works. We had a very unique wedding- ceremony in the middle of the dance floor, cocktail style with food stations- many things that we didn’t know whether they’d work or not. Heidi was able to guide us with her calm confidence and it was more perfect that we could’ve imagined!!

Heidi is unbelievable! Hire her!

Heidi and her team were phenomenal to work with. She made the planning seamless and stress free through and through. She was always quick to respond and was an essential piece to our wedding planning. She referred top vendors who were in our budget and who understood our wedding vision. Heidi is warm, bubbly, professional and would work with her again in a heart beat!

Amazing wedding planning experience!

I can't say enough amazing things about Heidi. It was an absolute pleasure working with Heidi over the past two years planning our wedding. Planning a wedding is a tough job, but planning a wedding in COVID is THAT much tougher. I honestly don't know if I could have survived planning not 1, not 2, but 3 versions of a wedding without Heidi. From day one, Heidi was amazing at keeping us on track with what needed to be done month by month leading up to the wedding, providing us with amazing vendor recommendations, a PERFECT day of schedule, and acting as a sounding board through every decision that needed to be made. Heidi and her associates also made sure our wedding day ran so smoothly - if there any issues day of, I certainly didn't know about them! All of my bridesmaids couldn't believe how smooth the day ran and that we ended up ahead of schedule! Heidi thank you for everything!!!

Worth every penny!

Zach and I had our wedding last night at EWG. Heidi and Sam were absolutely amazing. There was not one thing that went wrong the entire night, and I can confidently say that can be attributed to Heidi’s attention to detail and experience in event planning and coordination.

Everything went so smoothly and I can’t thank them enough. I would recommend Heidi and her team in a heartbeat!

Heidi and her team are awesome! After working with Heidi for the past two years, she and her team helped organize an AMAZING day for us! Heidi is amazing!

Planning a COVID wedding was a challenge to say the least. Thank goodness Heidi came to our rescue! She is truly the Marry Poppins of wedding planning! My daughter had the most beautiful wedding and Heidi and her team made it possible. THANK YOU!
