⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Where do I even start with Jholane from Grandest Events?!
From the moment we connected, she became my go-to person for literally everything wedding-related. I planned my entire wedding in just over a month (😅) and I can confidently say it would not have happened without her. She’s the definition of reliable, organized, and genuinely cares about her clients.
I had a general idea of what I wanted, but she took that and turned it into something beyond what I could have imagined. She sourced almost all of my décor, worked directly with my venue, managed timelines, and kept everyone on track, all while making it look effortless. Her attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure is unmatched.
On the actual wedding day, she was everywhere; coordinating vendors, adjusting décor, checking in on me, making sure my family was good, and keeping the night running smoothly from start to finish. Every time I thought of something, she had already done it. She truly went above and beyond in every way.
I’m honestly so thankful our paths crossed. If you’re looking for someone who will not only make your day look beautiful but also feel seamless and stress-free, hire Jholane. She’s creative, professional, kind, and has the biggest heart. She didn’t just coordinate, she cared. I’d recommend her a million times over. 🤍 -

So happy to have met Jholane!
Other than marrying my husband, having Jholane as my wedding planner was the best decision I made! She supported us for MONTHS even though she was hired for month of coordination. She felt like a friend and was so thoughtful, funny and asked all the questions I didn't even know we were supposed to ask. She took care of everything I passed along to her-emailing vendors, setting up mockups for the tables, photographer shot lists and the list goes on! She made sure I was on track with everything and I could not have planned this wedding without her. I did not worry once on the wedding day about set up because I knew she had it in the bag. Any couple would be lucky to work with Jholane. We wish her all the best! -

Hiring Jholane was the single best decision we made throughout our wedding planning journey. We called her in a couple of months before the big day to secure day-of-coordination services for our fusion wedding day of civil ceremony and Indian reception, and from the very first phone call we knew she was the right choice of coordinator for us. Jholane was so on the ball that our wedding day went off without a single hitch (and if it didn’t, we never knew about it!) and it went better than we ever could have imagined. In fact, we were ahead of schedule or on time all day! Our guests were constantly complimenting us on the level of organization and the attention to detail put into our day, all which wouldn’t have been possible without her.
Moral of the story - HIRE GRANDEST EVENTS! You won’t regret it. -

Best investment!
I was on the last legs of wedding planning and feeling pretty exhausted with everything. I ended up scrolling through facebook wedding groups searching for a day of planner to help me tie everything together. That’s when I came across a recommendation for Grandest Events. When we first met with Jholane we instantly knew we were in good hands. She really kept us going in those last few weeks and it was because of her that everything ran so smoothly the day of! Jholane is extremely detailed, professional, kind and outgoing! Her services were one of the things our guests commented on, they noticed that she was always on the go transitioning the wedding into the next activity. By the end of the night Jholane was part of the family. I would never hesitate to recommend her services. We appreciate you Jholane!!!

Dream day!!
Jholane and her team were simply amazing!! They made our dream day come true - we planned for rain and when the sun started shinning they got our ceremony moved outside quickly! We don’t know what we would have done without her! She kept the timeline going, was friendly, and so organized! She even helped bustle my dress!! The best money we spent for our wedding! Thank you!! -

We were feeling the pressure of planning for our big day and hired Jholane less than a month out from our wedding. She was extremely efficient in getting organized and definitely went above and beyond in helping us prepare. She was a life saver when it came to day of. I didn't have to think about a thing other than taking in the joy and happiness of the day. I can't express enough how her hard work made the wedding a huge success. 10/10! Jholane rules!!!! -

Jholane was simply incredible as our day-of coordinator for our wedding in Niagara Falls, ON. She is organized, focused, and prepared for anything. Her attention to detail is so refreshing and was such a relief on our wedding day. She always had suggestions to make things run smoother during the planning phase, and was always ready for anything on our wedding day. Her sparkling personality makes her an absolute joy to work with. She is always upbeat, positive, and smiling! She truly made our wedding go off without a hitch. I will recommend her to anyone who is getting married. Even if you are like me and think you don't need a wedding planner because everything is already booked and planned, I HIGHLY recommended you hire Jholane as your day-of coordinator. There are so many moving parts to a wedding and Jholane greases those parts so that you don't even know they were squeaking! 100% hire this amazing lady!
