We first met in March 2025 to plan for our August 2026 big day, and I was so impressed by her from our very first meeting that I actually recommended her to my sister for her wedding day-of planning right after our call. Over the past year and a half, Glenda has been absolutely phenomenal. She kept us on track throughout the entire planning process, advocated for us every step of the way, and was genuinely a light at every event and interaction. She made what could have been a stressful process feel so much more manageable and enjoyable.

On our wedding day, there were so many little hiccups happening behind the scenes that I didn’t even know about until afterward, but Glenda and her team quietly handled everything. Leading up to the event, she was very detailed during our virtual meetings and rehearsal, ensuring the itinerary was structured exactly how it needed to be. She even recommend a few vendors for some of the last minute wedding items like menus. On the day of the wedding, she executed the setup well and managed the vendor timeline so that Jonathan and I could enjoy our day!

I planned my 2025 wedding a year and half ago and secured a day of coordinator in November of 2024. Unfortunately, due to personal reason my original coordinator had to back out just shy of three months of my wedding day. Lucky for Nicholas and I we stumbled upon GP stylish events, after looking through many positive reviews about Glenda and her team. Glenda set up an initial zoom meeting with her myself and Jelena to go over everything we wanted with our wedding. I explained how I was stressed about the first look and making sure we could get all the best photograph spots at a venue that had 4 weddings in the same day. Glenda and her team took care of everything!! I had so many compliments saying I was the most relaxed bride they have ever met and that is all thanks to Glenda, Jelena and Nadia. Jelena made sure to coordinate with Nadia on site so that my husband and father wouldn’t see me before my first look. It was a special moment I will treasure forever. During photos I told Jelena I was thirsty and I watched her sprint across the entire venue to get us the freshest cup of water. At one point I told her I was hungry and all of a sudden there was a whole platter of food brought to our suite. After the first dance I was a bit sweaty- I never said anything.. and next thing I know Jelena placed a portable fan in my hand- talk about top notch service. I found out the day after my wedding apparently the DJ was late. I had no idea because Jelena and Nadia took care of all of this behind the scenes. During photos, Nadia stepped up and made sure we got pictures with every single person on our list. They were so efficient that we finished taking photos 45 minutes earlier so we could relax before our ceremony. Due to our ceremony being so short, all guests ended up at cocktail hour 20 minutes early. Jelena went ahead to grab the venue staff to push everything up so that guests were not waiting around. I would highly recommend Glenda, Jelena, Nadia from GP Stylish events to anyone. You cannot put a price on a perfect wedding day.

I am not joking when I say Glenda was my fairy godmother! Hands down, she was the best decision we made for our wedding and we cannot recommend her enough! We had a fusion Catholic and Hindu wedding spanning two days and the logistics and timeline weren’t easy to maneuver around. However, right from the very beginning Glenda approached everything with kindness and professionalism, meticulously paying attention to the details, while also being extremely understanding and patient. A week before the wedding she had a major ankle injury, but she still showed up with her team, ready as ever, and carried us through the whole weekend smoothly. We had so many last-minute changes on each day and yet she and her team adapted seamlessly and really took care of us and our guests. We wouldn’t have had the amazing experience we had if she wasn’t involved – she was a true blessing to have and made our experience unforgettable. We will be using her for our future events for sure!!
